Old Mill Coffeehouse is a wonderful spot, perfect for enjoying a meal or hanging out with friends or family. Their food is consistently good, especially the omelette, baked oatmeal, French toast, and egg sandwich. While the cookies are a bit pricey for their size, they are tasty and worth trying! The avocado toast wasn’t my personal favorite due to the tomatoes, but everything else hit the mark. Coffee is solid, though there’s room to elevate the craft options. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the fact that they’re open on Sundays—a rare find around here—is a big plus. Highly recommended!

Very nice people. Good environment to study in for a few hours. Lots of options for both food & drink. Accommodated me when I didn’t enjoy my drink & were happy to make me something else even when I didn’t ask. I like how they write nice messages on the drinks sometimes. Their caprese-ini is to die for! Will frequent often.

The coffee there is terrible. And I did not feel that very welcomed there. Neither of the girls wanted to take my order, but finally one came to the decision to take it.

Absolutely LOVE The Old Mill Coffeehouse! I like to order ahead online because by the time I get there, it’s coming out. (The baked oatmeal is divine.) Best iced coffee around (I actually travel through Amish Country/backroads about 20 minutes from Port Trevorton specifically for my Coconut Cheesecake Iced Coffee with Coconut Cold Foam 🤤)! The gals that work there are so nice. They always say hello to Arlo (my 3 year old) which doesn’t always happen when out and about, so thank you for making him feel special!

Stopped to drop a UPS package off and ended up having a delicious drink and cookie! Such a beautiful building with plenty of room inside. I appreciate that they are ADA accessible since my dad is disabled. Large menu with lots of food items and drinks to choose from. There’s a large outdoor deck that pets are allowed on. I’ll definitely be back. ✌️

Stopped in here after pizza! It was so nice to see a coffee shop open so late. We got a black berry tea latte. I never knew there was a tea latte. It tasted great. The price was good. One notable thing was that it wasn't a cup full of ice, then drink dumped on top. There wasn't that much ice at all. It was already cold. It didn't need a cup of ice. I was happy to see the lack of it. I rarely get iced anything that isn't full of ice.

I loved the atmosphere. And there were so many custom-made drink options.

Outside seating looked like a fun time to just sit and eat ice cream and enjoy the view.

They also sell a variety of knick-knacks. And a bunch of maple syrup.

The food is good. They sell other items as well such as milk, flavored milks, I hope you get to try root beer milk, it was delicious, maple syrup, honey, candles, tshirts etc....the maple iced sticky buns were amazing! My only complaint would be that the cookies we bought were stale. I'm not sure if they bake them at the begining of the week and just sell them throughout or what. A small suggestion would be to make up the cookie batter at the begining of the week, form into balls and freeze the balls, then bake them daily instead. They for sure had potential! ;-)

Excellent hidden gem. The coffee is amazing and so is the food. The only suggestion is to use slightly less condiments (mayo, pesto for us specifically) it made the sandwiches a little soggy. However highly recommend to check out. Great place if you need gluten free options.

The friendliest people - offered me cookies while I was waiting. I just went here to see some family history and found a beautiful well maintained coffee shop. Get it!
