Order dine in Sally Ann Comisiak 4 reviews just now New Dine in | Breakfast | $10–20 Took forever to get extra syrup. We had 4 people. 1 order of 2 pancakes, 1 order of 3 pancakes, 1 order of French toast and 1 order of strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Do you think 2 little bottles of syrup is enough? French toast was just about cold qhen more syrup arrived. Asked 3 times for the strawberry syrup sauce that comes with the strawberry cheesecake pancakes to finally be told they were out of it. When talked to the server about this saying that it would have been nice to know this before ordering as something else would have been ordered, was told I had an attitude as the server walked away from the table. Then server never came back to the table until she dropped the bill off. I said oh I need to order a to go order. Three times I told her we needed the strawberry icebox pie. She brings the bill back drops it off, I check it and it is wrong to go item. Then had to wait more time for her to come back, I finally asked another server to get her. The whole experience took about 2hours usually our dining experience is much more timely, nice and positive but not this time was frustrating and felt not listened to or appreciated.

Love this place. Only wish they turn the fire place on already. It’s cold out, no need to be cold in there. I ate a little and took the rest to go. Too cold

Had Renee as server. She seemed to be in a rush when she took our order and got the order wrong while taking it down. She talked over me, answered for me, and even read it back wrong. Very frustrating. I had to stop her while she rambled it off and let her know it wasn't right. She got an attitude and said "I know" when she literally said something opposite of what I ordered during ordering. I let it roll cause my son and I were hungry. She seemed like she was in a rush so I didnt want to hold her longer at the table. She speeds by and drops off drinks. I look and already... things are coming out wrong because why? She was rushing. There was lemon in my drink. Im allergic to citrus. I also have outdoor allergies that I'm suffering from already , I can't afford to add my citrus allergy on top of that and have to take a trip to the ER or use an epi pen (they hurt!). She said it was an honest mistake which yes she was right it was. However when you're rushing, not paying attention to your customers and scrambling.... things get messed up. This is one I can't afford to get messed up. We left with out eating or drinking a single thing. Sidenote we go to Cracker barrel all the time which is why this is frustrating. I order the same thing every time which is another reason I was annoyed. I watched her with her other tables and she did the same thing. Talking fast, answering for customers is rude. It doesn't come across as she thinks it does. She told me she was a trainer and some stuff is repetitive for her. OK but I'm a human not a robot or an animal you think for. She made us feel awful and quite possibly could have put me in the hospital. My advice to her is slow down and listen to your customers dont try to think or talk for them. You could hurt someone.

I had the best experience here. The customer service was amazing above and beyond. Cyani was a very helpful and knowledgeable with the most amazing customer service she was so friendly and her vibe stayed with me for the rest of my day. The deals in the store and the great gift ideas. Go say hello to the great employee and my new friend cyani . The waitress shay was so sweet and happy her great customer service and even Josh the delightful bus boy was a very great experience with excellent and outstanding customer service. I look forward to going back more often

Disgusting everything!, I should took pictures.
The fried chicken TERRIBLE!, it was in every piece a ton the breading, brown burned, and NO MEAT inside, the mush potatoes terrible, like from the box, no taste, and the dessert...................and Apple Pie cold, I told the waitress that it supposed to be hot, so you put the ice cream on top, she took it and maybe put in the microwave, TOTALLY DISGUSTING!, like somebody step on the pie, and STILL COLD, the only good things were the biscuits, the corn bread and the chimney , THAT'S IT!, never go back again, the floor is slippery, like greasy.

Use to love this place but its gone downhill. Ordered fried chicken and it was pure breaded chicken no meat ! The service got worse. Horrible food !

bathrooms need cleaned, food was sub par for what I'm used too at cracker barrel and the wait to get seated was 10 minutes with a full staff we just stood there waiting and was wondering if i should just go somewhere else. not many guest in the restaurant. really needs a active manager on duty or train the managers

Let me tell you this Thanksgiving we decided to try the catering service and got the turkey breast and Mac and cheese from here and it was delicious it really taste like homemade Mac and cheese. The pick up process was Soo simple they bring food to your car and customer service was excellent. Will prob do for Christmas and definitely again for Thanksgiving next year

So I have t been to the store but I need help contacting customer service. I cannot find any stores that carry the white cheddar Mac & cheese with breaded crumbles for crust. It’s absolutely delicious and the closest I can find to the way my mom use to make it. Please help

Food took 45-50 mins to get out for my family and several other tables around me. Waitress did not stop by to check in at all and did not consistently refill our drinks either. Went to pay for our food at the front and one of the workers told us that it's always this bad on the weekend.
