If i could give it zero star I would. The girl took 20 minutes to bring me a water. Then another additional 10 to get a coffee. Once we finally placed our orders and keep in mind there was only 4 adults and one child we waited 40 minutes and they only brought half of our meals out and we were all missing our sides. And the girl didnt bring us any silverware so we got to sit there and look at some of our meals for 10 minutes before we had a fork and knife. Now keep in mind we are still waiting for the rest of our meals and my father and niece still got nothing in front of them. Eventually we asked to speak to the manager and when he came out he was clueless like they just hired some random guy for the position..needless to say we got up and left after watching people who came after us sitting there eating. They should be ashamed of their staff for their terrible service. I hope corporate sees this because it was outrageous

Pricing has increased substantially over the past two years. Prior you could get a quality meal for a low price. Not anymore. The time to get your food was abnormal. You are going to lose customers if you don't do something with your menu.

This was horrible! Worst experience ever! I would never come here again or recommend. Waited 40 minutes for a table. Once seated we waited about 10 minutes for a server. After ordering drinks it took about the same for the drinks to come out. We placed out orders and waited over 40 plus minutes and even the kids order didnt come out with the food delivery. On top of that half the food was missing no silverware, still missing server. Asked for the manager who was clueless, and cared less that the child's food wasn't delivered! Not to mention all of the waited time. I will never be back with anyone. Actually had to get up and leave.

We have visited Cracker Barrels for 25 years and this experience was the worst we have had. We had to wait for water because they had to wait for glasses to be unloaded out of dish washer. The place was not that busy either, less than 1/2 full. The hostess told us she would bring us napkins, never did. We ordered our food quickly, but then waited at least 30 minutes. Our waiter told us he was going to check on it and then never updated us. There was only one wait staff that was moving and taking care of her patrons. Everyone else was moving slowly. There were a few tables that had empty dishes on them waiting for someone to clean them for sometime. Generally a management member will come around and check on guests, this did not happen. Feel like this location is poorly managed. We ended up leaving without our food after waiting quite awhile.
I ordered the chicken and dumplings entree and a breakfast entree the included blueberry pancakes. The chicken was tough and chewy and the pancakes were burnt. I didn’t notice the pancakes until I got home because it was a pick up order. Overall I was highly disappointed with the quality of food.

Please please please fix your WiFi. It doesn't connect at all. Says no internet connection. Staff can't help and that's ok but I can't connect to my cellular network while inside due to the building construction. So using WiFi to pay for my order thru the app is useless and I can't do any browsing on my phone while waiting for my order. I've been coming here since 2017 and this is my first review on CB. I love it here other than the WiFi issues.

There was a family seated next to us with 3 small children. They were throwing food, pouring drinks on the floor and running around from table to table. Our food took over 30 minutes before it came out and the ham was dried out and salty. This was the first time I had this kind of experience at this location.

I visited the restaurant in Essington Pennsylvania with my sisters because of bereavement. The food wasn't quite as good. The steak wasn't cooked as requested and my eggs was a little watery. I still love your store location in Elkton Maryland store that we usually visit. We live in Middletown, Delaware.

Went there last night. Waited 20 mins for a table. Then waited 15 mins for server to take our drink order. 5 mins go by brings drinks. Takes our order. 30 mins go by nothing. Then sever brings us biscuits. She said I'll check on your order. 35 mins go by. No food what so ever was coming out to any table. Then a fight between a couple breaks out. No managers in sight. I find one I told her how long I was waiting for our food she has the nerve to say the never started the order. We got up asked for check and left. Not once did any management come back over to see why we were leaving. Had to pay 11.00 for 3 drinks. The whole restaurant started leaving for same reason and no management to help. Last time we come here.
