Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love Cracker Barrel and was so disappointed this visit. The quality of the food has gone down. I didn't even ask for extra biscuits to take home. The pancakes were small and no flavor. I should have gone to I Hop. CC was our server and she was excellent. Very attentive but didn't hover. The atmosphere was too bright and not as homey as usual. I think this was recently remodeled. I hope my next visit is better or I'll stop going back.

Food was amazing as always especially the hush puppies. Waitress CeCe was amazing and attentive along with the elder black man who was very observing, friendly and courteous as a host. Another waitress London was friendly but oddly very loud when talking to other guest at their tables (She isn't that aware of her own volume). But other than that we were greatly satisfied.

Always reliable with quick service. Great food choices.
It's definitely a restaurant you go.with family. Make sure you to get their earlier than expected because it can get quite busy depending on the time you arrive. Overall great restaurant

Gabby (Gabrielle) was our waitress and she was awesome and amazing. She popped in to make sure we had enough drinks and made sure our food was good. When the cook made a mistake, and the server brought that had brought out our food realized there was an issue, Gabby just appeared and took care of it. She was fantastic. The Cracker Barell looks like the old ones, which I am grateful for. I am from TN and this was my first visit to PA. I wanted some Southern food and the food was excellent and close to like I have at home. Decent atmosphere and clean restrooms too. but the checking out and line to get a table was long. Only one person at register (once the line was gone, 2 more cashiers appeared), and only one person at the hostess stand in the prime after-church crowd, so that sucked. Overall, good place to stop at. Just not a "quick" stop
