My family and I came here for breakfast, celebrating the Eid. The waitress Lisa was very nice and pleasant. She made wonderful suggestions and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious. The hashbrown casserole was awesome. My niece even said that the pancakes were delicious and better than IHOP.

Horrible experience top to bottom.. from the waitress, who was extremely rude! Dripped liquid on me because she lift the plates over my head instead of around, dropped my food multiple times, & kept forgetting my order all of this is still very unapologetic. Everyone at my table had their food already & pretty much finished before I even got mine... Also, the manager on duty was very unprofessional & didn't do the right thing with solving the issue. I don't plan on ever going back!
I had a good time here, never been to a cracker barrel until this one and I enjoyed myself. the waitress my friends and I had was amazing, I can't remember her name but that shouldn't take away from how cool she was.
