We’ve visited Rosemary a handful of times since their opening and loved our meals - everything we tried was excellent and we raved about it to our friends and family. The servers were kind, answered questions we had, and politely kept us moving to turn over tables - never pushy but gently encouraging us to move to the bar if we wanted another drink after dessert. Our latest visit, on a Tuesday with very few people in the restaurant, when we weren’t sure what we wanted as a meal, we were told the chef likes to have meal orders put in in full to keep the kitchen moving. The menu has completely changed since the last time we were here and we needed a minute. The server acted like she was doing us a favor by putting in our appetizer ahead of our meals. The food itself was fine - we both miss the former chef and menu, but there wasn’t anything wrong with the meals we had. I was disappointed with the desserts we had.The thing that frustrated me the most was our check: after adding a service fee for credit cards, we decided to pay cash. I left big bills, the server took our payment and did not ask if we wanted change or bring the change back to the table for us to decide on a tip. Even if the change was intended to be the tip, I would have preferred to make that deliberate choice rather than the server deciding my change was her tip without any confirmation. We won’t be returning after this trip, which is disappointing as we greatly enjoyed the restaurant prior to this.

NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE CONVENIENCE FEE!!! WTH, another restaurant crossed off my list, and I loved the food there! These restaurants take advantage of their customers!

Who knew there was a place like this in Ridley park?!? The food was exquisite and rivaled any of the top Philly and nyc restaurants. We had the charred broccoli, beet starter, scallops, salmon, chocolate mousse and pistachio cake. Each dish was perfect! The portions are just right so you don’t leave over stuffed (and you really do need room for dessert!). Great bar cocktails and mocktails. Pricing was just right considering the high level of the cuisine. Delicious and beautiful presentation. Our server Joey was just the right mix of attentive and friendly without being annoying. Love this place!!! Great for date night, special occasions, or just dinner with friends. I’ll be back!

It’s so nice to find Philly-caliber food in Delco. Sure, it’s not cheap, but we don’t mind paying for quality. We have been here twice and absolutely love it. Crab toast is top-notch (my husband is a blue crab snob from Baltimore and he totally approves). The pastas are fantastic and we loved the chicken, scallop and steak entrees. We will be back. Can’t wait to try brunch and outdoor seating.

I've been here a couple times since they opened and it's been pretty good all around but every time I go back the portions seem to shrink little by little. Don't get me wrong the food is great and the place is cozy and chill but charging $32 for 3 small scallops is insane. There's needs to be at least 6 on the plate for that price. I've always been a slow eater but I can say I finished the scallop entree in 6 bites and left with a feeling of hunger pains creeping back around. I'll probably continue to grab some drinks here with friends after work or special occasions but I'm pretty much over the cost to portions ratio and won't be ordering food any longer. I'm also not saying the portions need to be huge but just need to be even 25-30% more on plate that's all

Another hidden gem in Ridley. A nice low key atmosphere and excellent new American cuisine. Scallops were a stand out as well as the focaccia. Appreciated the plating as well as relatively healthy fare.

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Ridley Park. Went with two other couples (made our reservation 30 days out). Metered on street parking out front. We were seated promptly. Brand new menu.Five of the party had the scallops while I had the salmon. Food was excellent, though at more than $10 per scallop we won’t be rushing back. We all agree it’s a nice “special occasion“ restaurant.Parking: On street meters that take an application or accepts quarters.

I dined at Rosemary, along with my husband and four other friends, for the first time last week. The ambience was lovely and our seating comfortable. Five of us got the scallops and one got the salmon. While the food was absolutely delicious, we were unaware that the entrees basically came with nothing but the main part. Had we known, we would have ordered some sides. For $32 I got a plate with three scallops on it and some type of celery/cabbage relish garnish in the center. My husband got a piece of salmon, however the waitress did tell him he might like some bread with it to “dip.” So, he ordered the bread which was an extra charge.Again, the food was very delicious but there just wasn’t enough and paying $10.33 per scallop is a bit steep. Just be aware when ordering to order some of the side dishes. Also, we all ended up asking for bread for an extra charge.

One of the best meals I’ve had in my entire life! I’m not usually a person that posts reviews, but Rosemary was so fantastic I feel like I have to let the world know. Every single thing was perfect - the atmosphere, our amazing waitress, Margie, the drinks. Each dish we tried was a culinary masterpiece. Can’t wait to return and bring more friends with us! Keep doing exactly what you are doing, Rosemary!

Food was excellent. Waiter was great. It’s a bit loud. The waiter didn’t bring a second order of focaccia as requested. I would say reasonable price for what you get. My friend wish they offered a soup.

Ambiance: A Food: A+ Service: B+ Value: A Not what I expected from Ridley Park at all. Everything was amazing. We were a group of 4 for dinner. All appetizer and focaccia was great. Main course for me was mushroom rigatoni and it was great. BYOB was a good call however bartenders make some great drinks. Only complaints I have (and I am nitpicking here) are seats weren't that comfy. We could not wait to stand at the bar. The other point was the server was just a little off on timing. All the staff knew what to do and were attentive. Our server was just TOO available. With some polish, he will be amazing. All around one of the best dining experiences I've had in the area.
