My husband and I order mushroom frittatas. They are served in small cast iron skillets and had been baked too long, so they were dry and pretty tasteless. The potatoes on the plate were barely warm. Service was great, view from the upstairs porch is lovely, ladies room is soooooo disgustingly dirty. Carpet in upstairs dining room is also very, very ancient and dirty. Come on, owners! Do better for your customers!

This is our go-to place, and we dined with friend from out of town...there first time here, and they loved it! How can you not enjoy an historic building with excellent food and drinks, attentive service, and the chance to walk across the bridge to NJ for a restorative after-dinner trek!

Sat outside on the patio which is always nice. Bloody Mary tasted very good. Service outstanding. Ordered the hot buttered lobster roll which was disappointing. Cut up chunks of lobster some of which didn't taste very fresh. Really nothing to it. Order the cold lobster roll which is much better. The French dip sandwich was good.
