One of the best dominos I have been at and I recommend not to just get pizza but try their other foods too! They are all good!

Horrible when your local dominoes can’t put out good pizza consistently. The younger kids working seem to do a better job then the adults Look at this pizza that is missing half the cheese and sauce but they thought it was ok to serve

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE WORST DOMINOS EVER Got 3 pies ordered them all the same for delivery 2 out of the 3 came with no cheese and were burnt. I called and tried to get it resolved and the assistant manager told me that is how I ordered them lol she said if I want new ones I would have to pay for them. She was rude and combative the entire time said I git to put you on hold to get pizza out and was on hold for 10 to 15 min when she finally answered again she didn't even remember me. So I was feed up and asked for her name and she said I don't give out me info and hung up on me smh. You want my advice STAY AWAY worst service ever couldn't even eat 2 out of the 3 pies smh GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE WORST DOMINOS EVER

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered food for delivery it’s been 2 hours and still no update or delivery. Tried calling no answer at all so was forced to drive there and get my food. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t handle at times promised. Food is cold by the time we got it.

Waited over an hour for my food, which was a little disappointing. But I’m giving 4 stars because as I waited in the drive thru pickup window I watched every associate and EVERYONE was working hard and fast. Nobody or no job is perfect and sometimes we need to give grace. I’ll definitely order again.

After waiting an hour for delivery, my son saw on the app that his pizza was delivered 4 doors down from our house. He called the store and they said they would make a new pizza and get it delivered. After another hour went by, the second pizza never showed up. I called the store and asked for the manager, who couldn't talk because he was making food. The girl on the phone apologized and said they have a new driver. She said they will make a third pizza and have an experienced driver deliver. I would like to know what happened to the second pizza? How hard is it to deliver food? Totally unacceptable! Never again!

This dominos is the worst one I have ever been to. If you want to order here at 1 West Penn Ave don't do it. You will be waiting an hour before they even put your order in the oven. The confirmation email says 13 to 20 minutes til its ready but 64 minutes after I order it's only going in the oven the worst ever I could of made pizza at my house from scratch faster

Waited an HOUR they lost the order twice
The app wasn’t working. It took 20 mins to place the order. They lost the order twice once we arrived and then we waited over an hour to pick up ONE pizza. It’s a total waste of time to even try and get pizza here.
The food is always fresh, hot and great tasting! They’re super quick in preparing your food, too.

Looking past how long it takes for the order to be completed…the past 2 times we have ordered the manager has apparently been the one making the pizzas….and the pizzas have come out wrong each time. Not sure whats going on there.

Took 2 hours to get ONE pizza, ONE cheesy bread order, and ONE order of cinnamon twist. I live a min down the road - We ordered delivery for the convenience and thinking it’ll be quick.. Next time we’ll order from Toscos or Tony’s and go pick up!!

Everytime I order it is always faster than their projected delivery time, the drivers are all polite, cheerful, and they show up with food that isn't smashed inside the boxes or just wrecked. Definitely will keep ordering!
