Order from this location alot, uasually late at night because nothing else is open. Past couple times pizza has been doughy and just inedible. Placed an order for two tater tots on friday night, around 10:30 only got delivered at 12:40 or later. They were cold and just rubbery. Dominos is on the no go list from now on

I usually have great experiences with this place but lately not so much. Last night I ordered a pizza at around 11:20 and it took literally an hour to get here even though I live right around the corner. I got the pizza at 12:20 and good thing I was watching for the car because the dude didn't even knock on my door, which happens more frequently now even though I don't put contactless delivery. It was also under baked and both me and my wife felt sick after eating it and my wife was throwing up this morning, most likely from the underbaked pizza we ate. I get pizza from this store pretty often but I'm not spending my money here anymore.

A minor mistake was made on the pizza for my wife tonight, and the management and staff were very apologetic and immediately sent out a driver with a replacement pizza. Very pleased with the customer service at this location.

I have given this location so many chances. When Covid hit, after Covid they still used the Covid excuse and now there is no excuse, there's just no response. I take partial blame for 2 reasons. One, I'm d*** for keep ordering from here which now I will not do ever again, and two the last order was made right before closing time. I paid the bill and even gave a large tip due to being right before closing. My order got messed up again. I paid for wings and never got any. I called and a young man apologized and stated he would credit my account. It was never credited. Two days later I called and a young woman answered and stated only a manager can fix it and took my number and promised me I would get a call back from the manager the next day. Never received a call. Tony's Pizza is a couple blocks away. Ten times better pizza, family owned and they take care of their customers.
I ordered through the app as I always do and decided to not leave a tip as I was going to give cash ($5) at the door. Delivery driver, Kyle, called me and asked if I was going to give a tip I told him yes and that I was going to give cash. I asked the driver (who I didn’t know at the time was the person who called me) why someone from the store would call to ask if I was going to leave a tip. He told me that it was him and the reason he does that is to “help out other drivers” and claims that drivers only make around $5 on the road. I am truly disappointed and disgusted that anyone would feel that entitled to ask someone for a tip. I get it times are tough, but you don’t ask someone for a tip. Especially someone who told me that they are an assistant manager. That is no one’s business but the person who ordered the food. It is absolutely sad what people will do just for a buck. I did give him a tip but if you need to ask for a tip you need to find somewhere else to work that pays adequately to their staff. The food is fine there was nothing wrong with it but customer service from here is awful. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
