While i was in yesterday I was completely shocked about how the manager was treating her staff. They where so clearly understaffed and the people that where doing the best that they could where just getting yelled at by the manager. while the manager wasn't doing anything. The poor girl i got her name (hanna) was running around and the manager was just yelling at her. It seemed like no atter what she did it wasn't good enough. Hanna was very good at helping out and was constantly moving and she deserves a much better job then this one. my drink was made by her and was spectacular. And she even fixed it because i didn't put enough sugar when ordering. The sad thing is this isn't the first time that i saw the manager treat any of her staff like that. Im sorry but that is horrible and she needs a good talking to and more training. Very disappointed. I hope hanna gets out and finds a better job with a much better manager and i hope that manager gets a major reality check because that was awful. She is always yelling at the employees about something in front of the customers too.

My coffee is never right always taste like hot cream and water no coffee. It is awful. This happens extremely often. I’m going to stop going there altogether. You try to contact them by phone and you cannot reach anybody because it goes right to voicemail and the box is always full. Sandwiches are always cold, and hashbrowns are always hard and burnt and dry

I'm here at dunkin near closing time watching the employees throw away trays and trays of donuts. What a disgrace. So wasteful. How about donating then dunkin?! You should be ashamed.

This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I despise. It’s the only one I’ve ever boycotted. The service is slow. The servers are mostly rude. The orders are routinely screwed up. Wawa can’t come soon enough. I’m looking forward to seeing this DD wither and die. Whoever does the hiring here should be fired.
