There is something wrong when employees come and go like the ocean tides. Think about it people. I'll not be back after the bar manager Christy was fired AND Emmy the week before.
Always a fantastic meal from a talented chef. The watermelon crush was the perfect compliment to my seafood lunch.
We had a coupon so thought we would give it a try. I had the pulled ham sandwich but unfortunately my first 2 bites were mostly gristle & fat. Rhe provolone cheese was excellent! The French fries were mostly little bites. I assume they were homemade but they used small potatoes. The bbq chicken sandwich was pretty good.
Had pit beef. Very good. More if a neighborhood bar vibe and friendly staff. Will go back.
I ordered via doordash the pulled ham (which is actually pulled pork apparently) and it was so over salted it it was uneditable And had I known it was more of a pulled pork than a pulled ham I wouldn't have ordered it. Also, I ordered the glazed carrots and they were just steamed carrots with no seasoning on them. Also, the mashed potatoes were just lumpy. It's the first time I've had anything from this restaurant and I definitely won't be back
Mediocre food handled by rude, stupid people (specifically the girl who chimed in after i asked a simple question, and messed up the order to begin with) who can't get an order correct, and then have attitudes when you call about it, despite us not even complaining or being upset.
Now I will though:
The Babyback ribs were dry like beef jerky with minimal amount of (slightly off-tasting) BBQ sauce.
The mashed potatoes were also a little funky with lots of huge undercooked/UNcooked chunks.
The Mac and cheese is a mystery because I never recieved it despite paying for it.
0/10.
Was very excited when I found this place, and we already will never be back. Which is a shame because the atmosphere seemed nice, and we really liked the historic nature of the establishment. Oh well!
Very good food and staff was friendly
Food was really good, and enjoyed the nice weather on the front patio. My wife is still talking about the Alabama white sauce on the wings.
I’ve never written a negative review but we were so disappointed. My first and last time here since new owners. We waited over 30 mins on a thursday for 2 burgers. We asked if they would comp a $3 beer for the long wait and they said no. No explanation for the wait they just said they don’t know what happened. The burgers were underwhelming. I’m just annoyed bc they had a chance to make it right with us and chose not to. Hope they can do better for someone else. 🤷♀️
Excellent service and food is great! Truly a job well done!!

Owner really cares about making sure his customers feel welcomed and appreciated. First business in a long time that I entered that an owner was actively managing. Will definitely come again!

I had an awesome experience at the Henry house! The service was great. Our waitress was quick and attentive. The pit beef is the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a must go to place while in Robesonia.

My wife and I ate lunch recently at the Henry P. Robeson House in Robesonia. Our food was delicious, the service was terrific and attentive. I forgot my credit card on the table, and appreciate the server secured my card until I picked it up a few days later! I didn't realize it was lost until I went to use it and it was missing. Thank you!
