Second time we were disappointed. Lights too bright and dance music playing. Not our preferance.

Fried rice was lacking flavor and under cooked. Veg lettuce wraps were deep fried tofu that came out soggy and mushrooms tasting old. Not the other usual crunchy, flavorful ingredients.

Will will not return

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Food was good.

Good food, excellent suggestions on how to lower the sodium content for a family member who has to watch that sort of thing.

I was not there

The waitress forgot to bring our appetizer until I said something.She brought it after our main meal came. She didn't come back to refill our drinks. The food didn't have much flavor. Was disappointed because usually we have excellent service and the food was usually better

It's very loud inside.

Food is always great. Had the pleasure of having Nate as our server. He wax one of the best I’ve seen in years! Friendly, funny, and made our experience awesome

The managers Pat and John here are really something else. They helped my family out in a pinch and delivered some great tasting food. We just got in from San Diego and accidentally DoorDashed our order for pickup instead of delivery. Not having a rental car, we called the restaurant and Pat immediately offered to deliver it to us around the corner. John delivered the food so quickly and was equally as gracious; the soup was still hot! They made us feel like welcomed customers and took care of us in a pinch!

I highly recommend the BBQ pork spare ribs, very flavorful and super tender. My mom and sister also really enjoyed the crispy honey shrimp!

Before I write my review I just want to say this is constructive criticism so that the establishment can do better.
As soon as my family and I walked in the door we greeted with bad energy from the staff at the front desk. One of the hosts complains that she had just washed the windows of the revolving door as my 7 year old niece pushes her way through the door. Red flag #1. I’m sure she washes those windows throughout the day but to complain and pout about it in front of a customer is not a good sign.
We were seated quickly because we made a reservation in advance since it’s Moms Day Weekend but it took 15-20 mins before a waitress even acknowledged our presence to order drinks. Mind you it was only 6:30 on a Friday and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Our waiter (MATT) he just dropped the ball when it came to service. I give waiters the benefit of the doubt because I know waitress can be a hard job but I will say the waitress who were bringing out our food were doing a WAY better job at serving us (family of 5), bringing us silverware, containers, even checking up on us. We wanted to give our tips to the girls who served us our food because they did a better job at service than our waiter.
As far as the food..it was good not great. 4 of us got the 3 meal course dinner for 2. The entree portion you get is a bit underwhelming so if you don’t care for appetizers just get an entree and not the 3 course meal deal.
Overall the experience wasn’t bad but this establishment does need to work on their customer service skills/ training.

Loved it for all the time.

Had dinner at PF Chang’s in Robinson last night and wow—everything was on point. I wish I caught the name of our server because they were AMAZING. Super attentive, friendly, and made us feel like we were the only table in the place. Me and my girlfriend kept saying how impressed we were.

The food? Incredible. The lettuce wraps were a perfect starter (we always get them), and the Mongolian Beef was tender with just the right amount of sweet and savory. She got the Chang’s Spicy Chicken and loved it—crispy with a real kick. We even ended with the Great Wall of Chocolate (so worth it).

We’ve always liked this location, but last night reminded us why we keep coming back. Service, food, and vibe—10/10.

First time at PF Changs.

Loved our experience. The atmosphere was top notch, the food and beverage options were very tasty, and the staff was professional and seemed to enjoy providing a great customer experience !

Food was delicious and came out in good time. Staff was very friendly and competent. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Prices very reasonable. If looking for great quality food and friendly, competent service I would highly recommend P.F. Chang’s Settlors Ridge.

Came back with the girls for a birthday and had another great time! Different decor than the waterfront where I normally go, but nice too
