We have been going to this PF Chang’s for 5 years and it was always Excellent food!
This is the first time we have gotten takeout and the first time the food was terrible 😞 Fried Rice with chicken, beef and shrimp was tasteless and all three proteins were dry and tough. My husband’s sweet and sour chicken was also tasteless. We had Crab Rangoon (one of our favorite appetizers!) and all we could taste was the oil it was fried in and the stuffing didn’t taste anything like normal Crab Rangoon. The Spring Rolls were also terrible. I really hope this was a ‘one off’ experience.

Wth is this? $22 for Mongolian beef with ten small pieces. See you out of business soon PF Cheap.

No PF Cheap, I'm not going to reach out. Just be better and give adult portions if you're charging adult prices.

Had a reservation and arrived on time. While waiting for our table, two groups arrived without reservations after us and were seated before us.
Were seated without silverware, and had to ask for it after our food arrived. 15 minutes later, were given forks and chopsticks without napkins. 20 or so minutes later, after we finished eating, we were given napkins that are normally used as drink coasters. We asked for water refills 3+ times, and never received it; however they repeatedly offered to top off my soda while my girlfriend waited for water. Management appeared to only go up to tables with couples aged 60+ Ordered gluten free pad Thai, and the noodles arrived undercooked.

Food was bland at best, glass was dirty/had food stuck on side...was great when we went a couple years ago. Now, not so much.

Food was barely warm. Meat was chewy, crab wontons were old…fresh fried…but clearly frozen and didn’t taste good. Egg drop soup was okay and hot. Got offered a free desert…just left entree. Most disappointing meal we had in a while…and it wasn’t cheap.

Ordered takeout. Laughably horrible. I paid over 20 dollars for like 5 small pieces of orange chicken and a cup of fried rice. Food wasn’t even good. I’ve had better store bought. I genuinely could not believe how bad this was. Save your money.

Take out portions were tiny for the $20+ cost. Not worth it.

Had a flnice evening. Been a while since I've been here. Drinks were well made and reasonably priced, which was very much appreciated. Food was yummy! Bernie did a great job.

Service and food were great. We got magnolian beef and hot chicken with lo mein. Beef was tender and flavorful. Chicken was crunchy and juicy. My husband and I will be coming back here.
