The food was delicious, the gentlemen who took our order was very kind and apologetic for the wait, but this location is definitely not fast food. We waited 30 minutes in total from when we walked in to receiving our food. At this point we definitely couldn’t come here for a quick lunch, you may as well go out and get waited on. Unfortunate as we don’t have another location closer to home!

A family favorite! Love the fried fish and A&W root beer in a frosted mug

Overall, the dining experience at this A&W location was very underwhelming. This was the first A&W experience I had and will most likely be my last. I ordered the large cheese curds for $6.50, as that was one of the few vegetarian options available. When I placed my order the staff seemed very unhappy and did not wish to be there. The decor was intriguing but suffered from lack of maintenance, a clash with the Long John Silvers decor, and a serious need for a deep clean. It didn't take long to receive my order (although they weren't very busy when I ordered). However, the cheese curds were salty, greasy, and generally worse than competitors. I would not recommend dining in. If you really love A&W's food, it would be wise to go through the drive through instead. Pros: classic 50s diner themed artwork, cheese curds were not overcooked or undercooked. Cons: very dirty, unfriendly and unethusiastic staff, was in need of repairs and renovations, for some reason there were posters laying on about 1/3 of the tables, Long John Silvers and A&W themes clashed, cheese curds didn't squeak, were salty and greasy, lacked other seasonings, and were mozzarella instead of the typical cheddar. Cheese curds were also slightly overpriced compare to competition (Culver's, for the same price you can get the same amount of cheese curds at a much higher quality). Minimal brsnding of Rooty the Great Root Bear, the beloved mascot of A&W restaurants since June 19th 1974.

I'm only going to give it 3 stars because when I went,it was through the drive-thru and they were swamped with customers without enough help
