I ordered online, the time for pickup was 5:15pm i arrived at 5:10pm my puzza was not even started yet. 30mins later my food was ready. I take it home and slices are stacked on one another and destroyed. Debating if ill be back. Service has definitely gone down and so has the atmosphere

We had Buzzy‘s pizza recently, and it was very good. We had the pepperoni and sausage toppings, and everyone enjoyed it. Lots of cheese, which I love good crust. Good pizza and everyone enjoyed their meal.

So. You order pizza for PICKUP on the website. It tells you to use the “Slice app as there are no ridiculous fees for them or you”. Well, when I went to pick up the pizza, opened the box, it was quite the hodgepodge of toppings. I went back in and questioned it, to be told that’s what you ordered. When I showed her the order copy from online, “oh, that’s because you ordered through the app. Toppings through there are $1 each per slice, you only ordered one topping per slice.”
Again, I showed her my order. Showing the toppings paid for. “There’s nothing I can do about it, next time, call in your order.”
“You could make it right by adding the toppings now” I said. “Well if you wanna wait 20 minutes for that…”
According to her, 6 slices of pizza, WITHOUT TIP (which I gave) WITHOUT THE SERVICE CHARGES, but probably with the exceptionally poor customer service experience would be over $30 for 6 slices of pizza!!!
Nope. And I’ll never be back again.

Pizza was stone cold when it was delivered way to much sauce and way to spicy to eat Crust looked like they forgot to let it rise Absolute waste of money the only thing worse was the door dash driver that delivered it When I opened the lid of the box all the pizza was stuck to the lid

I have tried unsuccessfully in the past few months to order pizza, but the phone rings and automatically hangs up. I called today at 7:45 , and tried again and again: same result it doesn't even ring but hangs up. I then called D&G pizza on Broadhead Rd., Center Twp and placed my order. FYI excellent pizza!!! On my way to pick up my pizza I decided to drive past Buzzi's to see if they were open. To my surprise the Open sign was on and tw0 girls were standing around behind the counter talking. I was a long time customer of Buzzi's, but I will now take my business elsewhere!

WOW!! Ordered delivery thru DoorDash. They weren’t sure how I wanted my pizza so they made it 2 ways and sent me both! It was so good and I will definitely be ordering again! 110% satisfied
