I usually don’t have a problem @ this location but tonight was a different story when I first started the 2 employees that were on the front line were very polite and pleasant then they got busy and the lady I believe who is the manager came out and after that it wasn’t very pleasant anymore so first I ordered my food and one of the items was a flame thrower and I asked for extra sauce on the side @ the register and the the girl that was working asked if we could wait a few minutes to make fresh chicken no problem who wouldn’t wait for fresh food we get our food and go sit @ the table and I didn’t have the extra sauce so I go up to the counter and asked for the extra sauce the young boy had no problem but the manager was a different story she proceeds to get the sauce and says I hope she knows she not getting a full cup and then another lady took the wrong food and the way the manager talked about her was uncalled for with customers still in the store the lady was heavier set she was light skinned had a blue shirt on curly hair but I believe her whole issue was they got busy and she had to come out and help them from where ever she was @ or what she was doing and come to think of she is never on the line unless they need her I will not shop here for awhile hopefully when I do decide to go back it’s under new management because that one is not working she is rude to customers and rude to her employees

If I could give 0 starts I would!! Horrible service, staff is undertrained for a simple job, got charged for items I already paid for, no high chairs for the little ones! I will not be returning nor do I recommend

It took 25 minutes for the guy at the register to take our order after we had to repeat it numerous times and it was still wrong. We got charged for things we didn’t get on top of being double charged for items!! The staff is undertrained and has no idea how to do a simple job!!! I will not be returning and giving my service elsewhere!

We don't normally do ice cream out, but it had been a while and onna last moment jerk of the wheel, there we were... happily gazing over the menu of goodies that nobody needs but everybody wants.We had a late lunch coupled with ice cream.Sometimes soft serve with chocolate syrup, brownie and Oreo just hits the spot.

I’ve been using the app last three times I ordered. App is easy to use and you earn free treats. My order that can be premade is always ready. If it’s food or cone they will make it when you arrive. Food was good and servers were polite. The store redid there seating area and it looks nice as well. They always have plenty of extra goodies in the freezer.Kid-friendliness: Smaller items for little onesParking: Handicap parking available
