Just had a great dinner and drinks at this little historic local gem. Ran into some new friends and tried some new favorite brews. This place is all the best things about the two rivers area and we'll be back. You have to try the chicken thighs & Rochester sauce :)
Wonderful hidden gem of a bar. You'd never guess from the exterior what you'll find inside, definitely see for yourself....#1, Food was good, they have seasonal grub and beer specials, and they're quite tasty.#2, Service was excellent, friendly attentive staff, and the owner Frank gave a cool tour of the joint which leads me to #3;#3, Atmosphere is wild, in such a beautiful way. There are instruments to play for jam bands, art everywhere, and vinyl records playing...
Lots to love here, including the beer menu, which gives the ABV of whatever is on tap. Also, their weekly special menu is a good addition to the regular menu. If you don’t have any special dietary needs, you should find lots of choices for your belly. Atmosphere: a little dark, but don’t let that keep you away. We’ve never had a bad meal here. I’m willing to bet you never will either.
