Really rad restaurant! The hushpuppies are excellent. Cheesy waffle fries, great. And the pop is always fizzy. And the atmosphere is one of the main reasons I go. The people who work there are awesome! I feel like I'm there at least once a week

I'm in a toxic relationship with this store. I LOVE THEIR FOOD!!! But they are never open. My last 10 attempts to eat here 2 months they were open twice.

Took to long for our food to be made at drive through

Inside is closed and has been. I’m assuming due to short staff. Waited 15-20 minutes in drive through with no one saying a thing. Pulled up to the window, no one was there. Waited an additional 5 or so minutes before can get any service. They need to close or hire more staff.

OMG !!! 35 minutes just to get thru drive thru, and there was only 1 car in front of me. They didn't have an order for 50, I saw them finally get the two meals they ordered. Well 3 people working in a drive thru only store. The ONLY person I saw working was the girl at the window. They forgot my slaw. Went to go in to the store and 2 of the 3 are out front smoking. The one man was I believe the acting manager. Seeing that I was definitely pissed off he gave me attitude. When 2 guys walking up were informed of drive thru only, I had to inform them it may take an hour,. Smartass manager relied with hour and a half !!! That was enough for me. Demanded a refund.

As with Everyone portions are Much smaller but still the same old Long John Silver 🥈

Great service and great food! The chocolate cheesecake was very good! Unfortunately, they were out of the regular cheesecake and cheese curds. Clean location and friendly staff.

I was all ready to comment on the amazing service that I was given at the window, and I was assured that the cocktail, tartar and vinegar were in the bag, (because the amazing young lady at the window was told by her coworkers that the condiments were in the bag) only to get home and find no condiments in the bag 😞
They've got an employee who actually cares about the quality of the food but was betrayed by her coworkers.

Every single time I go to the drive thru nobody acknowledges me or takes my order so I end up just driving away. I sat there for 10 minutes one time yelling hello with no response

If you are following me for whatever reason, you'll have noticed that I have reviewed several LJS /A&Ws and this has to be the cleanest location I have visited.

The crew working the restaurant were friendly and also gave us realistic wait times for our food, as I had ordered the corn dogs, which are made to order. Kudos to the team for such a positive experience!!!!

One of the nicest franchises I've seen so far, but the same dead-eye family mural haunts me.
