Great service and great food! The chocolate cheesecake was very good! Unfortunately, they were out of the regular cheesecake and cheese curds. Clean location and friendly staff.

I was all ready to comment on the amazing service that I was given at the window, and I was assured that the cocktail, tartar and vinegar were in the bag, (because the amazing young lady at the window was told by her coworkers that the condiments were in the bag) only to get home and find no condiments in the bag 😞
They've got an employee who actually cares about the quality of the food but was betrayed by her coworkers.

Every single time I go to the drive thru nobody acknowledges me or takes my order so I end up just driving away. I sat there for 10 minutes one time yelling hello with no response

If you are following me for whatever reason, you'll have noticed that I have reviewed several LJS /A&Ws and this has to be the cleanest location I have visited.

The crew working the restaurant were friendly and also gave us realistic wait times for our food, as I had ordered the corn dogs, which are made to order. Kudos to the team for such a positive experience!!!!

One of the nicest franchises I've seen so far, but the same dead-eye family mural haunts me.

People of Rochester, I am so so sorry that your tap water tastes like this. LJS owners, you NEED to put in a water filtration system! I could literally taste the tap water through the flavor of the A&W root beer and Dr.Pepper fountain drinks.

The food that we got was fabulous, and the service was even better. There was one worker there, and she helped me out a lot because I haven't been to this restaurant in many years. I had a big order for four people, and everything was cooked perfectly and served quickly.

But the drinks!! 😢

Also, these tiny little root beer mugs are adorable.

Went to the drive thru 3 times today
Waited 10 mins the first time and pulled around a few times hoping to see someone or get anyone’s attention, looked like no one was inside. This was around 11. Tried to go inside, doors were all locked. Then came back around 4 and again same thing no one. I just want a root beer float

I ordered through the app on Sunday July 28th,spent over $80. When I arrived at 8:23pm I was informed that they closed at 7pm. The app stated they were open until 10pm. I was told my debit card would be refunded. I contacted Long John Silver's through the app on August 2nd and was told the money in the process of being refunded. It is now August 7th and the money had not been refunded. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!

Fish and chicken, best orders, still worth the price.

Service is a bit slow but they have to make it, takes roughtly 5-15 minutes or a little longer for bigger orders.
