The Fairport

I'm going with 3 stars as the many past experiences were excellent but the one last night was well below par. When my salmon salad arrived at the table it smelled very fishy which anyone who eats salmon knows is off, which explained the very off taste. I did not finish the salmon or the salad greens. My wife and I just ate at the Fairport. We were expecting it to be the restaurant of a different name that followed the Fairport a few months ago. We were surprised that it was the Fairport again. The menu was similar to before but with some added twists. The staff was great along with the service. We tried a couple of items that we used to like and they were actually improved. Very happy that the Fairport is back. Will frequent this place often.

There aren't many restaurants for foodies in Beaver County. A lot of restaurants have menus that are average and never change. This restaurant is open again with a new chef and menu and the result is very very good. We were a table of 6 celebrating a birthday.
