We were there Christmas Eve. For the seven fishes. Food was cold. Most of the desserts had peppermint on or under them over powering the flavor. Very disappointed. Our view was of pine trees not the skiers. Only thing that was good was our server, very sweet young lady.

The only thing good here was the view. The staff had a mood and were nearby our table complaining the whole time. The breakfast buffet was worse than any hotel I’ve ever had. Eggs were dry and tasted fake. Bacon looked like pre packaged pre cooked bacon, coffee tasted bad and got a headache because they were probably serving decaf for regular. I would recommend packing your breakfast and your keurig if you have to stay here!

It is a beautiful restaurant! The waiter was awesome and was attentive but the food was the worst food I ever had and I've spent a weekend in jail!!! It came out 5 minutes after ordering. The steak was over cooked but also freezer burnt! The stuff shrimp smelt like a bloated dead catfish swept too the shore!!! And my marry me chicken which is just rose Mary chicken smelt and tasted like it was cooked in microwave next to a Firestone tire!!! The rice was extremely dry!!! And everything cost over 30 dollars!!! The steak was 55!!! It's overpriced and they don't except cash. They charge for the view not the food!!! Me and my friends will never be back!! The long island iced teas were made with the cheapest tequila on earth!!!!! This restaurant is a scam!!! And the bar next door serves food from this restaurant!!! So you're doomed if in the lodge!!!!

I was NOT impressed with the Thanksgiving buffet 52 dollars a person and food was cold they only wanted to hand out a small amount of turkey. Waste of money!

What a great restaurant. I was seated at the window to a beautiful view of the slopes. Then, treated to the wonderful buffet that had everything you could want—eggs, bacon, belgium waffles. Everything. Then, the server, Kathy, was the nicest person. Everyone working there was nice! Make sure you visit this restaurant!

5 years ago the Dining Room was the go to place on a Saturday night for a fantastic meal and/or buffet. Unfortunately my family ate here last night and the food quality was more like a Golden Coral than the 7 Springs Dining room, only the selection was much more limited in the dining room. The hardboiled eggs on the salad bar were FROZEN! On the plus side they were very accommodating for the little kids and the server was very good although he was covering 1/2 the tables.

4 Stars - Unbeatable Convenience & Festive Fare

The most defining feature of this dining spot is its unmatched convenience. The location is absolutely key, situated right within the resort, you don't even have to step foot outside, which is perfect whether you're dodging bad weather or just maximizing your time on-site. For guests who want to stay immersed in the resort experience, there is simply no reason to leave the property for a meal.

During our visit, we happily leaned into the festive atmosphere by enjoying the Oktoberfest buffet, which felt perfectly fitting given we were there for the Seven Springs Oktoberfest celebration. The buffet offered a wide variety of themed food, and we enjoyed the selection.

While the food itself isn't necessarily a culinary destination that would earn a 5 star rating, it's consistently enjoyable, well-prepared, and hits the spot. When you factor in the sheer ease of access, this restaurant becomes the go-to, practical choice for any resort guest looking for a hearty, good meal without the hassle.

It's a solid, reliable 4 star experience defined by comfort and convenience.

We ate here several times. It seems someone with some weird taste picks the dishes and food,
have been to their buffet, it was southern style not really my thing, but my wife liked it.
We went to dinner in the fall, They hooked us up with loads of sides, salad and buns, but the entrees were so so, Ny steak- bla, Veal parm was ok. Over all we were really happy.
We just went to dinner the other night, She got the stuffed shimp- it was pretty good. I got the salmon , It was nothing impressive, the sause was just hot no taste. A side of pasta w/Vodka sause, was nothing impressive. We also tried prosciutto I really liked it and my wife did not like it she said the mellon did not go well.
Over all we like the place. Food is expensive and hit and miss, but im sure we will go back we like the view and the atmosphere.

Came here for dinner with a large group. Our server was nice but slow with the service. I ordered a steak salad, it smelled bad the moment it was put in front of me. After some investigating I realized it was the feta cheese. Our server politely took it back and had it remade for me. It was done well the second time. Many people in my party felt their food was not what was described on the menu but not bad enough to send back. Ultimately would not go back again as it was too expensive for what was provided.

Waitress who was serving us was very nice. We ordered an appetizer to start before our meal however everything was brought out at the same time. Salads, appetizer, and entrees all at the same time which was way too much. I ordered the NY Strip which was 44$ and was TERRIBLE. It was cooked correctly but it was the worst steak I’ve had. My wife got a crab and shrimp entree and they tasted like rubber. Was way over cooked. We were only the 3rd party there so they were definitely not busy. This is the second time we’ve been here and the first time was the same way but we decided to give them another chance. We will not be eating here again. I’ve heard good things about Sporting Clays, go there or anywhere else instead.

A beautiful view with good food. Went to their King Neptune seafood buffet and was quite pleased. The staff was excellent and made the difference in our dining experience. There was a wide variety of seafood on the buffet and desserts aplenty.
