Food was good but over priced and the fact that they change you a gratuity automatically if you have large parties for a buffet. You are getting your own food. What are you tipping for?
I hadn’t been here for years, but have always had fond memories of the place, having grown up in the area in the 60’s and 70’s. I’ve been back many times since.
We were promptly seated at a lovely table with great views of the slopes. Everyone was pleasant. As for food and service, maybe we just picked a bad night.
With the entrees, the menu said we got “bread, family style side salad, family style sides, and a dessert to share”. We never got the bread though we asked 3 times. We were told “our bread is stale. I’ll have to go downstairs and get some.” It never came. My husband ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. It came without chicken with the explanation “we are out of chicken.” We never got the promised dessert. The chicken parm my parents ordered was burnt on both ends. The two side dishes were tasty. The salads came after we were all finished eating, so we boxed them up. They were generously portioned and did look good. Needless to say, I came away quite disappointed. Now what I remember at all, and certainly not what I would call “resort dining” now.
Food is complete disaster. Microwave chiken that was cooked 8 hours ago, cold burger, rubber like potatoes. Staff is too lazy to cook grits in the morning. Prices are set at random. Host is missing, you have to run around to look for her. Prices are ski high. The only thing this place still has is the view. If you have a car - eat somewhere else. Disgusting food and service.
Good food. Service was excellent. They have a buffett for $25 but not worth it in my opinion. Just go for the family menu.
Is the nicer and better tasting of the food options at the resort. Would recommend this place for any of the meals. They do offer evening buffets and specials that are tasty.
Will be our go to food place next time here.
Our server Abigail was so delightful and attentive we were impressed with her eagerness and enthusiasm! The buffet had something for everyone and I appreciate the vegan menu options.
Sticky chicken was fantastic! Service was great and the view was nice too.

The staff was amazing and the food was great. We went for a work function so everything was mostly set up buffet style. But the staff were nice and the place looked beautiful.

$106 per person Seafood Buffet. For this price our expectations were high as well as my memories of their King Neptune Banquets of 20 to 30 years ago. Major disappointment exceeded only by the price they charged for mediocre and poorly prepared dishes. Tiny lobster tails with cold melted butter. Most hot dishes were cold by the time you got them to your table. The quality and taste of the seafood was on par with Long John Silver. I could go on but if you were there you know what I mean. Wait staff worked hard , absolutely no complaints there. Somethings can never be like you remember no matter how much you pay.

Well 7springs, you did it. We will not be back! After 4 years of coming there this was the worst! 4:30 seating lamb was cold, serving wasn't worth going up for, roast beef was gone, NO Mashed potatoes, server was terrible and believe me not worth 20% TIP, deserts were nothing like past years. Who ever is in charge should call Brad that retired from there and get some pointers on how to do a real buffet the right way. If you checked rest of food NO BODY there ate $49.95 worth all stations were still full.
