The staff burns incense to cover up mold and mildew smell in the carriage house rooms. My daughter had an allergic reaction to it. Didn’t even get a response. Stay somewhere else.

Just went to the buffet for lunch
For any pet owner: don’t even try to get into the parking lot, because you will be kicked out by the employees. They don’t allow pets anywhere, not even in the parking lot. No matter the size or the kind of pet you have, you should expect to be confronted and questioned if your pet is a service animal. This was not the case for Hershey Inn & Restaurant, before the fire occurred. If you try to report your unpleasant experience on the phone line, expect that you will receive no apologies for the rudeness of their own employees and you will likely be put on hold indefinitely. We have travelled internationally, in the US and to Orlando, Fl multiple times with kids, with pets, without pets. This hotel doesn’t stand the competition of hospitality, available down the street, which have a way better employee attitude towards guests.
The staff were very accomidating. The food was good. There is an outdoor pool and a few stores inside.
We really love this smorgasbord! The place looks amazing since the renovation.
Great food and service
Had the breakfast buffet only. The place was really clean and had a large selection of breakfast items. Service was excellent. Did not stay at the resort.
Staff was WONDERFUL. Bathrooms are small and the sink is outside the bathroom. THEY HAVE WHOOPIE PIES
Recently stayed at the Hershey Farm Inn and I will start off by saying that the property is absolute beautiful you’re surrounded by greenery and the structure with the shops and restaurant is built very nicely. They do have different options for the rooms. We stayed in the cottage House and unfortunately, for the first night didn’t have a great experience. There was an issue with our room and they were not able to move us since they were fully booked. However, the next day management took care of the issue with our room and our second night stay was much better. The room is nothing lavish. It’s pretty small and basic. I suggestion that would be nice is if they added a built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash into the Showers. I would consider staying here again and possibly in the actual main hotel. Something we really enjoyed was the pool and the buffet breakfast. There was a great selection of food and the restaurant was very nice as well.

🤙👏🏼
Absolutely loved our stay at Hersey Farm Resort and will choose this place for our next visit. The grounds are wonderful, rooms are very upscale with the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, and the breakfast smorgasbord was delicious and abundant! There was a slight issue, but management resolved it to my satisfaction. Also, the staff at the front desk were wonderful. Only recommendation for improvement is for more room for the little goats stuck in those small caged areas. Someone mentioned there were plans to provide more space to them, and I hope so because they made me sad every morning on my walk.
We didn't stay.
But we did eat at the smorgasbord.
Definitely our favorite in Lancaster.
Food was really good, the new facility is beautiful.
