Amazing!! Beautiful place unbelievable service and great food.
Restaurant Alway has a good selection of food, Very clean and nice!
This place is great! We started off on a rough note, the room we got was clearly not what is pictured on their website. I spoke to the management and they took care of it. Gave us a different beautiful room at no additional cost and made sure the rest of our stay was flawless. Food was awesome. The resort itself was beautiful and the pool was great, a little chilly but the kids didn’t care. The employees there were so nice and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
Went to the restaurant part of the resort. Buffet style serving with a grill station. It’s clean and fancy unlike other buffet style restaurants in the area. Food was delicious. Kids eat free which is a plus.
Being billed as a resort hotel….be aware…there are NO ELEVATORS to second story rooms- (yes, you read that right!) which means your luggage must be lugged up a stairwell (which resembles a college dorm- (despite pink shiplap, potted plant and a nice ceiling light). Unfortunately, even though when booking two rooms (requested adjacent rooms and first floor so we could visit via the patio) upon check in was told rooms were not adjacent and one was on second floor and “no elevator”. It was a girl’s weekend that was planned 7 months in advance & all in our group are 60-80 years old. Lugging suitcases up the steps in the staircase is not feasible. So many guests who were on the second floor were struggling to get suitcases and totes up the staircase. Most were elderly and barely able to just get themselves up the stairs. It’s very misleading and disappointing in not communicating there is no elevator for second floor guest rooms (there is an elevator in the main public area- shops & banquet facility up to the cafe & first floor hotel rooms (there are several steps from lobby to first floor rooms).
We’ve been to our share of buffets - this one is the best. Fabulous food, staff is beyond amazing, clean, spacious, etc etc! Some say it’s a little pricey but if you see the different selections and just taste it, it is so worth it! For what we spent, you could go out for a steak dinner. You can get a freshly made steak along with roast beef, chicken, pot pie, several more entrees and vegetables along with salad bar AND desserts - I’ll take this buffet over a plain steak dinner anytime!!!!
Went to hersheyfarm for the buffet today because they are to be open but unfortunately they were not. Nice gentleman told us they will not open if the theater behind them doesn't have shows going on. Definitely should be advertised somewhere for people who drive a distance to go there! Did however get some delicious drinks from cafe23 upstairs!
go check it out ! 😍🚂
My family, friends and I couldn't wait until the new Hershey Buffet reopened, as it was one of our favorite
restaurants that we frequented often. The new restaurant is beautiful but too expensive for the quality of food! Most of the food was pretty good, but nothing special. The prime rib is good but it was mostly fat. This happened both times we went. For $39.99, there should be better options. Who wants to pay that much for hamburgers, cheesesteaks, etc.? There should be a good steak option for that price. Sorry to say, we won't be back. There are too many other good restaurants in the area where we could eat delicious food for much less.
Can't comment on rooms as we are local and just visited shops and ate at Cafe 23. The hot pulled pork wrap and sweet potatoe fries were delicious!! The facilities are very nicely decorated and staff super friendly.

I don’t know where to begin. A friend told us about this hotel. She and her family had stayed here over the years and loved it. They endured a fire a couple of years ago and had to rebuild. I don’t know what it was like before but it was one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed in Pennsylvania. We bought tickets to Sight & Sound Theater for a weekend in late October. The proximity to the theater cannot be beat. The breakfast buffet is included in the price of your stay if you book through the hotel directly. It was immaculately clean, new and delicious. We also met couples for dinner before our show and it was wonderful. The food and choices were numerous and it is worth the money. The wait staff are exceptional. The room we stayed in was also immaculate. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to install full length mirrors in the rooms, an ironing board and more drawer space. Everything was exceptional. We would never stay anyplace else when visiting Sight & Sound Theater. Thank you to all the staff at the Hershey Farm Inn for making our visit so memorable.
God bless you all! ♥️

My husband and I have been coming here for about 4 years. Great location and staff is very friendly. The only downfall is that the rooms in the carriage house and farm house are very thin you can hear people on the phone and the tvs on. Also, you can hear peoples conversations when they talk . Wish the rooms were more sound proof. Also, the food is ok. Dinner isn’t worth 54 dollars for two people. But the reason why we stay here is for the discounted sight and sound tickets. That definitely is a plus!

Our friends and we had a fabulous buffet meal and were given an unhurried time to chat and catch up. Located next door to Sight and Sound Theater, it is the perfect spot for before or after the play.⁰
