The young lady on the drive thru 2nd window serving the drinks on Wednesday 11/12/25 @ 8:28 pm was obnoxiously rude. She gave me the wrong size drinks and refused to correct it. The manager was there and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation...very disappointed. Don't eat there.

Place is awful. Have never made it through the drive thru without something missed in my order. My own fault for not double and triple checking them. With what they charge for fast food slop nowadays, them missing a sandwich is a big deal and they do it ALL THE TIME. I don’t know who does the hiring in there, but staff needs better training. They are terrible. Eat here at your own risk. And make sure to pull everything out and check right in the drive thru or plan on getting ripped off.

If I’ve been there 5 times in the last year and they left something out my order at least 3/5 times, this place must bring in $200k/year in revenue for unfulfilled product. And the GM hits their bonus. Insanity

Food was largely fine but I've gotten unsweetened iced tea twice now that has tasted like rotten egg water. I guarantee they have not cleaned it and I will be calling corporate if I get sick from it.
