I love coffee and I routinely make pour over at home, but when I visit family in Spring City, I can't bring all that equipment with me. So I end up going to Brewed to get my coffee fix every time I visit Spring City. I think this is the only cafe in the area where the prices are fair and coffee actually tastes good. I believe coffee should taste good without needing to bury it in sugar and milk. Brewed is one of the few cafes where I can drink black coffee and enjoy it.

My husband and I went to Brewed Awakening for the first time and we were so glad we did. The place is super clean, unique, and has such a welcoming vibe. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly, and the girl at the counter was really kind and let us take our time since it was our first visit.

I’ve been to every single coffee shop in the area, and I’m sure you can agree they’re all the same basic food and overpriced coffee. I came here for the first time and WOW this is a real deal coffee shop with an owner that knows everything about every type of coffee. It is such a welcoming and relaxing environment, if you need somewhere to take your family for a nice adventure or need to do some work on the computer this is the place to go
