I wish I was exaggerating but It took me from the time I got my receipt to the time I got out the door 39 minutes for one sandwich, no where to wait for your food which causes you to sit at the tables, and of course that means when they call out your name...you don't hear it and your hot sandwich sits on the counter in a brown bag with no name on it and turns into a cold sandwich but hey I already waited 30 minutes I might as well wait the 9 and have them make it all over again. If you order from here order online or doordash if not you're last to be served.

They advertise as a Deli, but what deli doesn't have Liverwurst

I think I eat here twice a week at this point. It’s so good. Staff is S tier.

Been to this location before. We love the chain. This time it took over 25 min to make two cold sandwiches. Beyond annoyed. AND my sandwich was missing the dressing.

The tables were dirty as well as the floor. Wagyu was very fatty. The beef barely filled the roll. People were pleasant but I doubt we will be back

I come here every Monday for my lunch. They know exactly what I get and have it ready for me before I even get there. The waygu and blue salad is my favorite. I love this place and the staff are so kind and wonderful. All it took was ordering a few times before they knew my exact order. Highly recommend.

Capriotti's has consistently good chicken cheesesteaks and thin fries. I come here often and am pretty much always satisfied.

Omg!!! We got two sandwiches - an Italian and a French dip with Wagyu beef. Absolutely amazing! I’ve only had them once because my friend is vegan and let me try her sandwich and even that was amazing. Will be back!!!!!!

Took my child here on Saturday (09/14). I ordered the cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions, they had a meatball sandwich and we shared the steak topped fries. The sandwiches were good, not great but good. There was a blandness about the cheesesteak that I just couldn’t shake. The kiddo said the meatball sandwich was “ok but it’s really bland”. With salt and pepper not being available the sandwiches stayed flavorless. The fries were good. They use really thin steak cut fries which I really liked. They were crispy and stayed crispy. The issue with them is that they lacked salt/pepper as did the cheesesteak on top, and the peppers in it tasted like sweet peppers and since I’m not a fan of sweet peppers I would have preferred them to not be in there. The staff were friendly and the service was overall quick. I just wish there had been more flavor/seasoning to the food.

Parking: Due to the location the parking area is small and during busy times of the day it will be difficult to find a parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is only two options and I’m really not sure if many kids would go for the topping combinations offered.

I stopped here to grab a quick dinner. The staff greeted me immediately and asked me if I needed any help. Then made a delicious, fresh salad very quickly and accurately. I was very pleased with my overall experience here and would go back anytime. Kudos to the staff!
