Welp you use to be good, but now you changed the fries to what everyone else has and there gross. The sandwiches are soggy and fowl. Diced tomatoes instead of sliced, and just a sloppy mess. Guess my favorite sandwich shop is no more.

I ordered the chicken cheesesteak twice at the location outdoor at the Y and both times I had food poisoning. I don’t think the chicken was cooked enough. I will never eat anything from here again.

Capriotti’s! Home of the Seymour Sandwich. Where ya C More Bread Than Meat! I had two minis delivered while away visiting relatives. I purchased a mini turkey and a mini roast beef hoagie. As soon as the driver handed me the bag, the weight of it, began to tell the story. They were very light. The meat to bread or bread to meat ratio was the worst I’ve seen and trust me, I’ve seen bad. Especially in Reading, Pa, but these hoagies were horrible. I provided videos. Please check them out. These sandwiches had too much veggies on them and not enough meat and every bite was a mouthful of veggies. I should’ve just ordered a salad and ate a slice of bread with it. So If you’re tired of the place up the street. Where they give you more bread than they give ya meat. Head on over to Brunish’s in Pottstown, Pa for a better hoagie. I wish I was exaggerating but It took me from the time I got my receipt to the time I got out the door 39 minutes for one sandwich, no where to wait for your food which causes you to sit at the tables, and of course that means when they call out your name...you don't hear it and your hot sandwich sits on the counter in a brown bag with no name on it and turns into a cold sandwich but hey I already waited 30 minutes I might as well wait the 9 and have them make it all over again. If you order from here order online or doordash if not you're last to be served.

This place is so good!! The staff is awesome. Definitely get the fries!

Been to this location before. We love the chain. This time it took over 25 min to make two cold sandwiches. Beyond annoyed. AND my sandwich was missing the dressing.

The tables were dirty as well as the floor. Wagyu was very fatty. The beef barely filled the roll. People were pleasant but I doubt we will be back

I come here every Monday for my lunch. They know exactly what I get and have it ready for me before I even get there. The waygu and blue salad is my favorite. I love this place and the staff are so kind and wonderful. All it took was ordering a few times before they knew my exact order. Highly recommend.
