If i could leave 0 star review i would, I walked in wanting a drink refill. I left with disbelief, a dry mouth, and the clear sense that Linda has made an Olympic sport out of pettiness. I never want to come back to this establishment because of this rude interaction

Linda was very rude to me and my family, honestly ruined my day. Hopefully management puts her in her place. The worst part was when she was yelling in my face me and my child got a whiff of her putrid breath.

Went to your Royersford PA restaurant to order milkshakes for myself and my grandson. I asked for a small cup of whipped cream for my 12 lb puppy and was told you don’t do pup cups but she could have a dog biscuit. I declined since most are too big for her and she probably wouldn’t eat it. I thought about asking for the whipped cream from my shake to be “on the side” but didn’t. My request didn’t seem like a big deal. My 5 year old grandson said next time we’ll go to McDonald’s or somewhere else so the puppy can get whipped cream. Imagine losing customers on such a small request.

They can’t seem to get an order right. I got 5 nuggets in my 8 piece. Was missing a sandwich on my last order. Frequently missing salad toppers. It’s not one-off things. Always something to disappoint.
When I said I was missing nuggets on the app they gave me a reward order of nuggets to use within 30 days………that’s great but I wanted my nuggets for lunch TODAY and am not driving back.

They did away with the cheese sauce, otherwise amazing in every way.
I was in earlier today with a friend of mine, the older fellow at the register who took our order was so sweet, so friendly and attentive! He even asked us if we needed anything after we were half way through our meal. I don’t remember his name but honestly he was the sweetest man. Today was extremely difficult for me for so many reasons and he was my reason to smile and feel gratitude
