My wife and I enjoy Chick Fil A food and frequent their restaurants however we cannot recommend going to this one. We have had issues with orders not being made correctly and when we report the concerns, we have the issues rectified as expected. Now we have been told that they will no longer refund the purchase price of the incorrectly made items because we have reported incorrectly made orders too frequently.
My wife and I fail to see why when the kitchen staff cannot verify that orders are made correctly and we report the issue it is our problem. Because of this, we cannot recommend this location and they have lost our future business.

Chik-Fil-A is a great place to get some chicken sandwiches, nuggets, or strips.
I go to Chick-fil-A in Montgomeryville and Hatfield. They are always packed full! Visited a friend near Royersford, and went to their store. What a difference. No trouble parking, no waiting to order, and served in no time! It was pleasant. I have been getting their grilled chicken sandwich, and it is very good.

This is a really nice Chick-fil-A location, with friendly and helpful workers. We were here after a soccer game and there were other sports teams in there too at the same time, so it was really busy. But even with it being busy, it only took a few minutes for our food to arrive. The manager was even out in the lobby changing the big trash can. Our food was really good and there were helpful workers roaming the dining area and helping out. The only odd thing is that there seemed to only be one condiment station and it was oddly located in a far corner of the restaurant.
