Gave my daughter my CC to get some food, she paid for her food, then was asked to swipe again under the impression the sale did not go thru. They charged an additional $19.88 for food we did not order or receive. Staff seems to be on drugs, super lazy and slow!

Came in and watched the woman taking orders be short and rude with the woman in front of me. I tried but after she was short and rude with me so I walked out. 11/2/2024 at 1115am.

Place was kinda clean and portion size was good. They didn’t wrap my burrito all the way and the lid wasn’t shut on my bowl when I got it. The bottom of the bag was wet.

Could not believe how dirty the place was. Service - no one smiled. Trash cans overflowing. Chairs, tables, and floor dirty. People standing around chit chatting while all this work needed to be done. Where was the manager??? They don’t seem to care ….

Ordered two bowl and only received one in the bag when i reached home. I Went back to the store and manager and the staff were unprofessional/rude and instead of apologizing for the mistake they all acted like nothing happened. They didn’t offer the food or refund the money. Filed a complaint with corporate office. Hopefully they will take some action against the team working in this store or provide additional training. They can clearly validate my claim via camera inside the store. Avoid this store if possible. I just noticed that the rating for this store is 2.3/5.

Not coming to this store anytime soon.

I was served by a really rude blonde. She claimed since i asked for half and half portions, with a little extra biscuit, that i got double brisket (instead of 1 full portion). My total ended up coming out to $27, and I got charged for food I did not receive. This was ridiculous, and this young woman will be losing a lot of customers overcharging people.

The parking is designed in a way that regular customers don’t matter and only digital order and catering matters. Otherwise you can cross streets to come inside or park near the build…..wild

Consistently one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been to. They are ALWAYS out of menu items and the staff is among the worst you’ll deal with.

It’s a shame this is the only one in the area. It’s worth the half hour trip to go elsewhere.

First time here and the vibe is completely bad & wrong. Needed to place an pickup order for veggie bowls through my Uber app, which didn't give an option to put sour cream/corn on the side. The 1st server had a terrible demeanor (unfriendly - no smile at all) and said all the apps have an option for this. I showed her my phone and it didn't have it. She doesn't know what she is saying, but just makes a blanket statement. Then she says if I want this on the side, I have to pay for it. Corn and sour cream is INCLUDED with the bowls, but I want them on the side. Why would I pay extra? She was very rude and didn't seem to care. So, I stepped aside. Then, I decided to ask for the store manager, and another person said that was her. I explained the request. It actually took a little bit of arguing & explaining, and she put s.cream/corn in cups. But, her demeanor and attitude wasn't really any different.

While you are serving food here, you should also ber serving friendly customer service / serving a tiny bit of happiness w/ a good energy / vibe / smile.

Another customer must have been watching me, while waiting for his order. He validated my experience by telling me that this location has unfriendly & rude customer service.

It seems the 2 people I dealt with may not fully like their jobs, but don't show it when you interact with customers!

Customers should feel good when walking out of the store/a restaurant. Not here.

This chipotle is always out of something. Whether it be fajitas or sauce. Today at 11am they do not have salad dressing. So instead of telling me before I ordered they told me after. So no salad dressing for my salad. And didn’t offer anything from there…

I go back in and ask for a refund. And a nice lady did say if I could wait she could make it for me. Like lady where was this before? They all looked at me like I had two heads for being shocked there was no salad dressing…

I’ve been there a few times and while the food is generally good all the tables and counters are consistently disgustingly dirty. Makes you wonder about the quality food that you are getting!

Rudest service I have ever received in my entire life. I live in a very bad neighborhood in Philly and I drove down to royersford to buy books at the nearby book store and I went to the chipotle and not even in the worst chipotle's in Philadelphia have I received service this bad. The server had a terrible attitude. The chips were extremely old and stale too.
