This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The quesadillas were cold, falling apart with all the fillings spilling out. The burrito was also cold, and the steak was dry, tough, and just plain disgusting. The food overall was nasty and poorly made. On top of that, the workers were unfriendly and seemed like they didn’t care at all. Complete waste of money — I honestly wish I could give 0 stars.

This visit to Chipotle was beyond frustrating. We ordered via DoorDash for pickup, and what we received was laughable. Both the burrito and burrito bowl were half the size of a normal portion and at $14 each, that’s unacceptable. The tortilla chips? Stale, like they’d been sitting out all day.
To make things worse, the customer service was abysmal. No greeting, no courtesy, no basic awareness. It felt like the staff had neither the people skills nor the common sense you'd expect in a customer-facing job. If this is the new standard, Chipotle has really lost the plot.
Save your money and go somewhere that still values quality and service. This location clearly doesn’t.

This happened two times in a row. Weeks apart. Order a salad, ask for extra vinaigrette when we pick it up. Then they say they are out. Asked what dressing was provided with the salad. They say, sorry, we are out. To make it worse, they seem proud of it. No apology.
