Great ice cream cakes to go around the year. Nice servers and plenty of parking.

We’ve visited this Dairy Queen three times in the past few weeks, and each time our order was incorrect, even after repeating it several times. On one visit, we ordered a vanilla milkshake and it tasted watery and no flavor.

Solid, quick ice cream for what it is. Messed up order and relatively poor drive through experience. Decent options and okay ice cream—definitely superior options.

Ordered a milkshake and a blizzard from this location. The milkshake was missing the whipped cream, and the blizzard was missing almost 1/3 of the ice cream. I went through the drive through, so I didn’t notice until I got home, otherwise I would have made them redo it. I know the people working here are just teenagers, but with the prices being as high as they are, people should be getting what they paid for. This has happened before with blizzards I’ve ordered, but never THIS bad. I will never be back. Hopefully managers will see this and train their staff accordingly so they don’t have more angry customers.

Royersford dairy has a secret menu....ice cream cake blizzard. To die for. It's a "royal" which just means there's fudge in the middle. I think it is better without the fudge personally. But went to 2 other DQs and tried to order one. They had no clue. So here the rofo manager came up with recipe. So one of the nice kids working wrote it down for me! Yay!! Yum! Now i want one.

More expensive and lower quality. Had a banana split and it was the worst I've ever had. Almost not flavor almost no fruit and a not so fresh banana. Also had a blizzard and the brownie pieces where tasteless and rubbery. One word gross and so not worth the money.

I've been to this Dairy Queen multiple times without any issues. This time I wanted a small root beer float. When the woman looked like she gave me a larger one I said, "Is this a small??" She said, "I gave you a medium." I just thought she was being nice for some reason.... This kind of thing happens to me often, so I didn't think twice...
Come to find out when I paid for it I got charged for the medium price instead of the small, which I wanted in the first place. The pricing for the floats are not on the menu. I asked one of the other helpers about it, because the one that took my order had already left. She was just as puzzled as I was, to why the cost was not on their board.
One of the reasons I wanted the small in the first place was, I am trying to somewhat watch my calorie intake in addition to saving a few dollars.
