The lady at the window barely speaks English I ordered a coffee and it was cold I was told to leave the man with a red dot on his head was very rude he refused to exchange my cold coffee to hot coffee stay away from this place

Passed through the drive through pretty darn fast here the other day. Got a hot machiato with extra expresso and pumpkin spice. And a sausage egg and cheese croissant. It was pretty good. God bless!

Ordered cold brew received iced coffee. It’s not at all the same thing and it’s very disappointing to be charged top dollar for stale coffee that was iced after being hot. Get your act together please, staff.

I won’t be coming back to this location! The customer service is terrible. My son and I waited for over 10 minutes without so much as a greeting. I understand being busy, but it only takes a second to say, “We’ll be right with you.” When I finally got their attention, they looked annoyed and told me it would be at least another five minutes before anyone could help us. We left and won’t return!

Experienced the most rude service I can remember when I dared to walk inside to place my order for a dozen of donuts and to buy my friend a small treat. Was told they were too busy with drive through to take care of me.

I have only used the drive thru. They never say hello, they shout at you “anything else not giving you a moment to look over the menu.” When you pull forward I have never had anyone say. Good morning or hello. And NEVER a thank you. Never friendly and always rude. I won’t spend 1 more dollar there.
