I used the order screen inside for a dozen doughnuts. I sat down to wait. The store was empty, so they only had drive through costomers and were not busy. 10 minites later the order was still not ready. I went to the counter and asked. I was told "we are out of two of the types you ordered, so wont be filling the order" the also sais its not their practice to inform customers when this happens.

So Dunkin has these pancake wraps that have gotten plenty of times before and I order 2 of them. The menu clearly says pancake wraps with dipping sauce. The didn't put any in the bag and I kindly asked for some syrup witch I get with my pancake wraps all the time and I was told that they discontinued the syrup. Who sales pancakes without syrup makes no sense to me so I'm giving them 1 star for my visit this morning.

After seeing all these reviews I agree 100% about the rude and nasty older Indian man! He needs a psychiatrist! AND needs to be fired! We argued a few times about my orders. The last one was the worst. He said to “park over there I’m calling the cops” all because of the lack of communication. He didn’t even call the police but if he did HE should be arrested! Extremely rude. The woman told me come in the morning to talk to the owner about my last order. He didn’t show up. Even though the location is convenient it’s very worth it to go other DD’s.

How do they not have anyone working the counter, but only the drive-through in the early evening?
Great food and affordable prices! Everything was out quickly and tasted amazing. Staff was nice and efficient. Only complaint is missing toppings on our cold foam. Will definitely be back!!

I had a bad experience here. I’m giving them 5 stars though because I called and complained to corporate about my experience of being locked out of this store at 830 in the morning, with no sign up and then being hung up on my the employee. I get a call within mins from the owner. Who tells me that he’s out of town, but not only will this not happen again but to save his personal number to my phone so that if something like this does happens again to call him directly so he can handle the situation right away. He was also calling his employees after being off the phone with me to directly handle the situation. I’ve had bad experiences from businesses before. I mean who hasn’t? But I have never had a store owner correct the situation as well as this store owner did. I will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin! Oh and the coffee is great too! Especially the iced caramel swirl :).
the old Indian guy told me and my friends to buy and leave and then he put his hands on my 6th grade friend and tried to move our stuff. My mom ended up calling the store and went off on him because he was trying to kick us out because supposedly "kids were doing drugs". There are a few nice workers, don't go through the drive through because the old Indian guy is there. go inside and there is a very nice and helpful guy. also I saw the workers eating the hash browns as they were making them. the place is low key ghetto, just go to the Starbucks a half a mile further
