My husband and I decided to try this place on a whim and holy cow, were we impressed! Everyone was super friendly, the food was reasonably priced, but when our cheesesteaks came out, they were PACKED with meat! Absolutely amazing, we will absolutely be coming back!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We’ve ordered twice so far - the first time we got the 422 cheesesteak (cheesesteak with pork roll… my New Jersey heart is happy) and it was easily the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Today, we tried the Italian sub alongside our 422 cheesesteak and I was like “let me eat my half of the Italian first and save the best for last (ie, my cheesesteak)”….ummm, I mourned the loss of the last bite of that Italian sub. The best Italian sub I’ve ever had too?! I’m not ok. 100/10 for both of these. Will keep trying more because wow. Just wow. Inhaled before I got the chance to take a picture. Just trust me.

Ordered a cheesesteak online and was ok. Flavor was lacking and the cheese wasn’t fully melted. Overall a decent place for the area but nothing special for a cheesesteak. Would recommend taking the drive to Collegeville Italian Bakery

Great Food and friendly service. My wife and I ordered the Jibarito Sandwich. It was delicious, just took me back home to Puerto Rico in a bite. Owner also recommended the quesoborria sandwich and it was outstanding. Full of flavor. Certainly we are coming back.

I am thoroughly impressed. The cheesesteaks are great, as are the empanadas. Very very good food, and the prices are reasonable.

I saw you on TikTok. And I always wanted to try it. And i've stopped by a couple other times but you're not open on mondays and or tuesdays. So the day after Christmas, I want something that was not leftover from the holiday. We decided to try you guys out. My wife got a cooper, sharp cheese steak.

** I grade every cheese steak I ever eat against Gazzos Steaks. Since they are 10.**

I would rate your cheesesteak 8.1. I would add a little bit more meat and cheese, and you would be in the high 9s. I got your old style, Italian hoagie. It's probably one of the better hoagie I have eaten in this area!! I definitely will be back for a cheesesteak and or a hoagie.

Couldn't add more cheese cause it didn't fit! The cheesecake was drowned and cheesewiz .. Making it terribly disgusting bread was extremely soggy from so much cheese.. Couldn't eat it ended up throwing the cheesesteak away.

Very good Philly Cheesesteak (and very generous serving)!! Chicken cheesesteak is also good. Speedy service. Recommend to order (and pay) thru app, Heartland. The friendly counter lady was very helpful. Best cheesesteaks in town! We'll be back!

Really wanted this to be better. To me the benchmark for a good cheesesteak will always be Dalessandro's followed by Jim's on South Street. The cheesesteaks here unfortunately are not close to either. Stopped in on a Friday night at 7:30 and ordered a cheesesteak with sauce and American cheese and an order of fries. Total was just north of $20 with the 50 cent upcharge for "pizza sauce" and a 3% service fee for using a credit card. The service was good, the order was out in about 10 mins and I had it home and opened up within 10. My initial impression was that there was not enough meat filling the roll. I saw Liscio's Bakery boxes at the shop, so I knew what to expect. The roll was definitely fresh and from that day. The "pizza sauce" was poured over top at the end, so half of it was stuck to the paper wrapping. Upon tasting it, it was clearly a premade pizza sauce and nothing that any thought went into (the elderly grandmother of the Dalessandro's family made their sauce from scracth for years). The meat to cheese ratio was on point but the cheese was clearly a cheap American. Sadly the meat lacked flavor and as noted previously, was not substantial enough to justify the $15 price. I immediately reached for the salt and pepper while wishing they had seasoned the meat prior to cooking. In the whole steak I only found two pieces of gristle. The fries were basic cheap, frozen premises that tasted like they came from aging fry oil. They are thay semi battered kind that are a far cry from fresh sliced or even real potatoes. The serving size was fine for the price.
Overall, this was an average cheesesteak experience from a steak shop in the suburbs. More effort needs to go into seasoning the meat and sauce and a little more meat would go a long way. The upcharge for sauce needs to stop as well. While I didn't dine in, the shop looked neglected and haphazardly organized. Very uninviting. Probably will not return while I continue the search for a better cheesesteak this far away from the city.

My husband and I have been ordering from Jays since they first opened. Their food is consistent and delicious. The staff is always super friendly. They have hands down the best cheesesteak in the area and the empanadas are amazing as well! They’re situated right next to Urban Air in Royersford. Grateful for this newer little hidden gem!

I really enjoy this place. We been multiple times now. I come from either birdsboro or pottstown to come to place so going out our way some and plenty choices in between but this place really cares about what they do.
There best menu item is there chicken cheese steak get some cooper on it. Trust me it brings out the flavor. You got chunks of chicken nice amount of cooper cheese and roll that is just right not too hard not too soft just right. Goldilock would be happy lol. And if you want some taste sides the cheese fries with house cheese sauce is great. You get some nice fluffy flies with just that amazing cheese sauce drenching it. There cold cut sandwiches are really good they pack in the meat and cheese and the toppings. They don't skimp you for sure. The empanadas are freaking yummy. The presentation of them are amazing. Has nice crust and good amount filling inside with each bite.
We have been here at least ten times now and out of that we may only had one semi bad experience but nothing too horrible that we didn't want come back. The atmosphere isn't super crazy basic with family photos on the wall. Two TVs and plenty of sitting room. Always clean and service is always great. And if there any issues it is handled quickly. There is usually not a long wait at all. If your looking to scratch that cheesy it or need good empanadas this place can help scratch it. I will be definitely back. Especially the prices and food ratio and also the artisan of the food. It's done by people that care and wants make sure you get a good meal. Check them out and see for yourself. Might be your next go to too.

Parking: There plenty parking around for the most part. Depending if there karate classes or other events at the other kid oriented places in the area.
