Jersey Mike's Subs

Steep and quick decline in what used to be a great chain. Blackrock strikes again I guess. Might be the last time I go to a Jersey Mike's.

A guy was in front of me waiting for his sandwich & the worker asked me what would I like. I told him I have celiac disease. Dude seemed agitated & told the man in front of me to wait this is gonna take some time. He seemed very agitated he had to change his gloves. Went to make my sandwich & I specifically said just oil & mayo. I said what is the pink stuff he said vinegar. I said I never asked for vinegar. Then he takes the lettuce and tomato off in a large clump, keeps the meat & cheese on the bread. I’m like dude the vinegar got all over that. He then tried to convince me how it didn’t. He said what you want a fresh sandwich. Yeah!!! Terrible first experience….if he is that agitated with customers he has no business working with the public. Ended up throwing my whole sandwich away couldn’t trust it with my gluten allergy.

First off I just want to say both Omar ( not sure of spelling) & Andrew were very respectful. It was my first time there and they both were patient while I took my time to choose. I can not get over how amazing and fresh the breads are that is a big score with me. I ended up getting ham & cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, extra pickles with the sauce ( that vinegar and olive oil blend amazing). I highly recommended Jersey Mike's and will be back again for sure☺️

Went in there on 9/13 for dinner after work and ordered my meals for my family. The gentlemen greeted me immediately even though they were in the back. And made my sandwich and my girl's sandwichs amazing. I went to check out, opened my wallet and realized I didn't have my credit card to my embarrassment. Tried a different card, that I thought had cash on it...declined. After trying to see if my Google Pay was setup and not having that setup either and me trying to figure out what to do, another gentleman who was making a sandwich stepped in swiped his phone and so sweetly paid for my meal. I am so grateful to them. The food was delicious as well. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

staff is very friendly, store is very clean. they are not afraid to fill the sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommended.. Will definitely return in the future

Wished they offered sesame seed rolls but was informed that is not offered! ?. Had to visit a different shop to get a sesame seed roll for my sandwich. We love Jersey Mike's but, when you want what you want.. you go where it's offered.
