Every time I go to this McDonald's they get my order wrong somehow. Then when I ask for them to correct it they look at me like I've kicked their dog. Employees couldn't be more checked out, and that's saying something for McDonald's workers. It's McDonald's, but it's probably the worst one I can remember visiting.

There was a time this location would have gotten a 4 or 5. Lately my app hasn't been working, so twice I've have to come into the store to order. Both times employees are loudly swearing at each other while standing right behind the register while I'm ordering at the kiosk. Then they place the food on the counter, yell my name and walk away, forgetting to hand me a cup.
Went through the drive-thru at around 6:20 p.m. in Royersford and there was no line on a saturday night. I could barely understand the kid taking my order and I had ordered a fish sandwich which was dry as ever as if it had been sitting for quite some time.

Slowest McDonald's ever! There were only 2 other groups of people inside but it still took 20+ minutes to get our food. They were clearly prioritizing drive through as there was a very steady line of cars going through in the time it took to get our food. Will never go to this location again.

Went Saturday Nov 30 4pm. Every worker in there was too busy having a group personal discussion to do their job. Drive thru backed up other people waited up to 15 minutes for their order to be taken. Attempting to get any employees attention was a waste of effort, I happily took my business elsewhere.

The WORST mcdonald’s in this area. Not only will you be waiting in line for up to a half hour, then they’ll forget your order when you pull around and you’ll get cold food. I wouldn’t complain if this wasn’t the THIRD time in a row that hat this has happened. Management should do better with night shift, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing and they cannot handle the busy ever. Such a shame.
