Terrible experience today in the drive thru. I ordered a number 4D and the associate on the other end said “okay a number 1” which I responded back saying “no a 4D” which the associate, who I ended up finding out was a manager, said “okay well I’m not illiterate or re*****”. I have absolutely no understanding as to why this associate was being so aggressive to me. I asked to speak with a manager which he replied “there is no manager on duty”. I went in the store to find out from several associates that he was actually the manager so he clearly lied on top of being insanely unpleasant. I’ve gone to this McDonald’s for years and never encountered this before or anywhere for that matter. Another manager who was there, while also saying she wasn’t supposed to be on duty and not in uniform, gave us the food for free while defending the other manager and said it was no use to call corporate because they aren’t corporately owned. She also said it doesn’t really matter about my experience because they get a $100 stipend every month as a manager for issues like this. Likely will never return to this location again unless I’m told this won’t happen again.

The young men that work at this McDonald’s are bullies. It was extremely shocking for me to witness these boys making fun of a young male customer. I found the interactions that I witnessed on two separate occasions to be disturbing. Why are they employed? Where is management? This should not be happening, and I question the leadership. I encourage anyone that cares about respect and treating people with dignity to boycott this location.

I work here, my only problem is with the manager Chris. He always rrady to bark an order but as soon as I have a question he brushes me off with a rude answer. If i would do the same my job is on the line.

I get it was morning rush, but I find it unacceptable that I had to wait for 5 cars in the other drive thru lane to place an order before anyone took my order. When I inquired about it, I was given a strange response. I wouldn't really complain if the biscuit sandwich was at least good. But it was not. The biscuit was too hard and crunchy, so I had to toss it. This is the second time now this particular McDonald's wasn't a good experience. I won't return here, and wouldn't recommend it either.

I’ve never had a problem with cold food or a long wait. However, this has to be the third time that i’ve ordered fries that are half-full. Paying $9 for this is upsetting. Check your fries before you drive away.
