We’ve gone to this outback before, dined in and had no issues. Tonight, my family wanted outback but didn’t feel like going anywhere. Fine, we’re having a lazy Sunday so we opted to order Togo. What a huge mistake that was… We ordered $90 worth of food. We got cheese fries, the bloomin onion, the new cheese steak dip, a kids meal, chicken fingers, and a burger. The cheese steak dip with tortillas chips had almost no cheese. It’s a dip. The whole point is to be able to dip your tortilla chips in it. All it was, was what looked like ground beef and enough cheese to just barely coat the bottom of the takeout bowl. After trying to scrape cheese onto 3 half tortilla chips the cheese was pretty much gone. The bloomin’ onion was so soggy I couldn't eat it. I understand it won’t be as crispy as when you get it in house, but we picked this up the minute the app told is it was ready and drove the half a mile back to our house. This looked like it was first to be made, stuffed into the Togo box and sat there for 30-40 minutes. The cheese fries were rock hard. We couldn’t even pull them apart, the cheese was cold and completely dried out. Again, probably the 1st to be made, put in the Togo box and sat there. For $90 I would expect the food to be at least edible. I was unable to eat anything that was ordered. My husband had the burger, my kids had their kids meals and the 3 things we got to share and for me to eat was inedible. I doubt we’ll even be able to reheat anything. After paying almost $100 for dinner I am now more hungry than I was before we ordered. And most of the food had to be thrown away. Never again.

Ordered a meal and a takeout meal at the same time. My in-house meal included a Caesar salad which was sad. Finally got my meal after a while and ate it. Still waited a half an hour for my takeout meal. So I basically waited about an hour and a half for takeout meal. What a joke! Not this bar help wasn't helpful as I sat at the bar. But I asked two or three times about my takeout meal and oh yeah it's almost ready. Haven't taken off my bill and left! Won't be back.

We had dined there last Sunday, we ordered our drinks, waited a long while and then the server assistant brought them, the waters were to have lemon but didn't, he asked if we needed anything else and so we asked him for lemon he said yeah ok and walked away, nobody came back with any lemon, our food showed up after an even longer wait, even people that ordered after us got their food before we did??? I then asked again for lemon to which server said oh yeah that's right, and brought them over. My steak wasn't done as per asked yet again for about the 2nd or 3rd time we have been there, its either over done or under done, this time it was both, the blooming onion also was soggy again, not like it should have been or how it was in the past. We have gone to that restaurant for along time it is my all time favorite, my go to on date night but lately the service has gone down, the food has gone down and I don't know why?? Maybe its time to find another favorite go to date night place?

I feel like the quality in this particular location has been dropping significantly. If you're just in the mood for Outback, then, enjoy but, if you want a really awesome steak, AND great vibes/entertainment, just go right across the 422 to Texas Roadhouse. There's really no comparison (IMO). Texas Roadhouse even has a Cactus Blossom, that's essentially the same thing as the Blooming Onion, only better (IMO).

My wife and I arrived after a funeral and frankly were a little saddened in our state…My wife is highly allergic to shrimp. Hospital allergic. Outback’s Justin Demi in Royersford PA came to our table personally. He literally took care of us. He prepared and cooked her food (which was outstanding). He protected her. I can not say that of other food establishments in our area. His kindness, the kindness of the staff was 5 stars. When outstanding service, kindness, and true commitment to culinary excellence goes beyond normality we need to bring it to light. So much so that I can truly say bravo. Other customers witnessed this and commented on the care and commitment to excellence as well. Well done Justin and thank you so much!

The salads were amazing. The steak was way too spicy. I go here often so I know something was off. Our server did her best but took forever to get a drink refill. Not a horrible experience but not great. Based on this visit I probably won't return.
