We love it here ..but..they cook the onion so hard it crumbles..not good..and the mushrooms for the steak is not good ..Please make your booths adjustable..not everyone is a size 1

Wow, I’m making a positive review for once. But I’ll just get straight to the point here, Michael H did a fantastic job with his service tonight. I was unfortunately given a steak cooked at the incorrect temperature of my choosing but in light of the event I was given a free dessert in exchange. Other than that, the macaroni was good and the general atmosphere was great. Unfortunately I don’t live near where this restaurant is located so maybe I’ll stop on in the next time I’m in the area.

I had dinner at this Outback and found the service to be very courteous and prompt and the dining area to be comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the food did not meet up to that standard. The Spare Ribs were the worst ever. It appears the ribs were roasted bare and were smothered thick with barbeque sauce for serving. I had to scrape off the sauce and found no baked-on sauce. We are frequent visitors of Outback Steakhouse in Royersford but tonight hit different! The food took a tad bit longer to come out for us, and the manager Jessica was excellent with communicating that to us. BUT WHEN IT CAME OUT, IT WAS FANTASTIC! Steak cooked perfectly, chicken was flavorful and juicy, Mac and cheese piping hot and cheesy! An excellent overall experience. Our server Peyton was great and the hostess very helpful and knowledgeable as well. We will always come to Outback and nights like tonight are why! (I had to pause mid bite to write this lol)
Steak was very good. Bllomin’ Onion always good. Salad and asparagus excellent. It’s just difficult for any restaurant to deserve 5 stars. But here they deserve 4 3/4. Our server Erin was fantastic.

6months ago this place was pretty good. Ordered here .... Prob 3-6times a month. Was phenomenal. Steak was always perfect!!! Now it's tired bruised lettuce in your salad, 3 croutons, 3 HALVES of grape tomatoes for you salad... Orangish-pink ranch? (Pics included) Steaks have absolutely SUCKED/been terribly inconsistent.... Food poisoning anyone? Pink to red to bleeding in diff sides of steak... Scary? Check out the pics! Had brown pink and a lot of red mushy meat in my '$35 ribeye' Seriously. Used to order here minimal 2xs/Wk... After tonight never again from this location.

Been a few decades since I've been to an Outback Steakhouse. Wasn't really looking forward to it honestly. Kids pick. Came here after BTS shopping and was served by Erin, who was awesome by the way. To my surprise, the food was really good, fresh, on-time and surprisingly affordable. Talk about bang for your buck! The service well exceeded our expectations. Never thought I'd say this, but we will surely be coming back here. We will be asking for Erin next time too :)
