We are frequent visitors of Outback Steakhouse in Royersford but tonight hit different! The food took a tad bit longer to come out for us, and the manager Jessica was excellent with communicating that to us. BUT WHEN IT CAME OUT, IT WAS FANTASTIC! Steak cooked perfectly, chicken was flavorful and juicy, Mac and cheese piping hot and cheesy! An excellent overall experience. Our server Peyton was great and the hostess very helpful and knowledgeable as well. We will always come to Outback and nights like tonight are why! (I had to pause mid bite to write this lol)

6months ago this place was pretty good. Ordered here .... Prob 3-6times a month. Was phenomenal. Steak was always perfect!!! Now it's tired bruised lettuce in your salad, 3 croutons, 3 HALVES of grape tomatoes for you salad... Orangish-pink ranch? (Pics included) Steaks have absolutely SUCKED/been terribly inconsistent.... Food poisoning anyone? Pink to red to bleeding in diff sides of steak... Scary? Check out the pics! Had brown pink and a lot of red mushy meat in my '$35 ribeye' Seriously. Used to order here minimal 2xs/Wk... After tonight never again from this location.

Been a few decades since I've been to an Outback Steakhouse. Wasn't really looking forward to it honestly. Kids pick. Came here after BTS shopping and was served by Erin, who was awesome by the way. To my surprise, the food was really good, fresh, on-time and surprisingly affordable. Talk about bang for your buck! The service well exceeded our expectations. Never thought I'd say this, but we will surely be coming back here. We will be asking for Erin next time too :)

My wife and I were trying to dine in because we wanted some steak. I have a Texas ID because I travel for work and she has a New Jersey ID but just moved to PA where we currently reside and they wouldn’t serve us alcohol because of some “ID” book that we have never heard of. Mind you we are well above the drinking age 25 and 26. We always get carded because we “look young” but have never had an issue with getting accused of having fake IDs. We left because not only is it annoying but it’s frustrating trying to go out to eat and enjoy an adult beverage and being turned away because we have 2 different IDs. Not happy at all. And the table was dirty.
Our waiter was good his name was Chase. Very good. But the people delivering the food served ours to another table and collected them and served them to us. Messed up 3 other tables around us. Just bad.

I’m not one to leave reviews but as a server my self I have to call out great service when I see it. Chase was our server on Sunday afternoon and he was amazing!! He was very patient with our table, helping to answer all of our questions. My boyfriend’s grandmother wanted to pay with a gift card (the one that has multiple restaurants/stores you can use it at) but she unfortunately did not know that she had to activate it before wanting to spend it, chase had to have taken atleast 10-15 minutes of his time trying to get the card to work for us, very much appreciated as I know those cards can be a pain! I don’t recall the last time I’ve had terrible service eating out, but I also don’t recall the last time a server actually took the time to have a conversation or two with my table like chase did! The rest of the staff was amazing as well, but chase definitely goes above and beyond.
