I had dinner at this Outback and found the service to be very courteous and prompt and the dining area to be comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the food did not meet up to that standard. The Spare Ribs were the worst ever. It appears the ribs were roasted bare and were smothered thick with barbeque sauce for serving. I had to scrape off the sauce and found no baked-on sauce. We are frequent visitors of Outback Steakhouse in Royersford but tonight hit different! The food took a tad bit longer to come out for us, and the manager Jessica was excellent with communicating that to us. BUT WHEN IT CAME OUT, IT WAS FANTASTIC! Steak cooked perfectly, chicken was flavorful and juicy, Mac and cheese piping hot and cheesy! An excellent overall experience. Steak was very good. Bllomin’ Onion always good. Salad and asparagus excellent. It’s just difficult for any restaurant to deserve 5 stars. But here they deserve 4 3/4. Our server Erin was fantastic.
