why is it that the pizza hut express in the shopping center is still closed ..? Everyone does delivery/pickup and that's all you did to begin with. Seriously upset I can't order anymore.

Ignore the one star comments, this is for the pizza hut INSIDE of target, NOT infront of target (that one closed). This one inside of target has prerty good pizzas and theyre always fresh.

Permanently closed, apparently. As of 11/22, calling their (former) number tells me they're "closed for the holiday". When the heck was Pizza Hut ever closed for a holiday, and what holiday is 11/22/2019 pray tell? Staying on hold for their corporate answering service for over ten minutes, I finally got "disconnected". Great. The only chain pizza I like is dead. Google Maps shows me the nearest location still open is in Quakertown. 45 minutes from here. Woop-de-doo. Now I'm severely HANGRY.

So not only does delivery take over an hour because you’re understaffed. But then we get the wrong pizza. Then we come to get the correct crust that we paid for, and get a pizza that STILL doesn’t have the right crust but I’m not spending all day waiting for the incompetence to get corrected. Almost 2 hours later...freaking ridiculous.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for pizza to be delivered cold. Called the store and was given a story about how they had internal issues because they ran out of boxes and cheese and had to let pizzas sit aside for a little. Offered a $20 credit for future order. Annoyed beyond belief right now

Wtf?!? I leave to pickup cheesesteaks to take back to Michigan and my aunt and uncle decide to order pizza. They live in the Italian bakery, pizza, and hoagie Mecca of the USA and they chose Pizza Hut. Why?!? There are so many local pizza joints around with amazing Yelp reviews. The thin crust cheese pizza was just ok. I think the order time was wrong because it was room temperature by the time my uncle picked it up. The crust was crackery and good, but the cheese was solid and not melty.

Alright, it's Pizza Hut so I didn't have very high expectations to begin with but wow it really was awful. I ordered and paid for blue cheese with my wings and I didn't get it. One of my pizzas had holes in the crust so bad that we couldn't even pick up several slices without them falling apart. My other pizza didn't have any cheese on it! Just sauce. I double checked my order to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered one without cheese (I didn't) Probably not going to risk ever ordering from this location again.

ALERT!!! We love pizza hut but this location SUCKS...bad experience everytime- long wait times on the phone- I swear think they screen calls, or take the phone off the hook- they only have like 2 employees running the whole place and they get orders and deliveries wrong and then dont answer the phone when you call to let they know. We will not be back. Please hire more competent employees or wrap it up at this location!
