This is best Texas Roadhouse nearby Philly. Then have the best cook I guess. Though they probably cannot change the ingredients or way of cooking style but definitely there is a masterchef inside this kitchen. Amazing food and awesome service. Great experience altogether.

Had 8oz sirloin with shrimp. Excellent! The rolls are special treats. Use their website to check wait times on Friday's and Saturday's to make sure you don't need to Join the Wait List.

In need of steak and ribs, this is a good option to consider. A national chain, I was slightly sceptical about visiting in Autumn 2024; however, it did not disappoint. From arrival to being seated, the team were attentive and welcoming. My host ensured my drink was regularly topped up and checked in to make sure everything was good. Portion sizes were off the charts, so come hungry. Would recommend and revisit.

The food was very good, I enjoyed the beef, it's my favorite, well, I don't know his name but the guy who cleaned the tables did a great job, since I got up from my seat he immediately went to clean it, he really does his job well and remind him of that, so that you know who he is, he has black hair and Asian features, tell him for my part that he does a good job and I hope to return soon 😁.

I typically do not eat at franchises but a few weeks ago I was sooooo hungry and right by TR so I gave it a try. I could not believe how great the service was and my food was very good. Steak cooked to a perfect medium rare and the veggies were fresh not frozen and not over cooked. I was really happy with the entire experience.

Yesterday I stopped in again. Food was good like the first time but my server not great. I ordered a Josh Cabernet and asked what they charge since no price on menu.... They should change that! My server told me $9. Well they were $12 and change. Okay not going to crush me. I asked for butter and brown sugar on the side of my sweet potato but it was on it..... Again no big deal so I kept it. But then as I was busy sending an important message she walks up to my table and in my face blurts do you have that appetizer code. I get she needed it but wow say excuse me or something!!! She literally startled me.

I was still eating dinner and she comes back and asks do you need a box. Ok I will at some point so yes thank you.

Five minutes later she puts my check on the table. Doesn't ask if I need anything else. Dessert? Coffee? Another wine? How was everything??? Nope leaves check and walks off. I looked at it and noticed I was overcharged for my entree. Waited at least 20 minutes before I saw her again to mention it.

I'm sure I'll go back but after the excellent first experience I had there a few weeks ago this was a real let down. I felt like she just wanted to move me along.....FYI I was in the bar area and only took a two top table. I know other staff there are well trained. Not last night.

Last evening, I took my family out for dinner to Texas Roadhouse in Royersford PA (11.21.24) to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

The ambiance was great.

I have to say I was a bit stunned at the demeanor of our waitress. It was clear she didn't want to be there. It seemed as if we were a bother to her as her facial expressions made it obvious that she'd rather not be bothered. I thought it was just me but our entire party mentioned it and questioned whether or not we did something to annoy the waitress.

I usually dismiss something so petty...

But, it's not that often that we go out and I have no problem spending money.

I decided to indulge a bit and ask for double fries...

I'm pretty sure I received less than a single order.

Petty I know...but it's the principle.

I think the waitress got the hint later as she could probably tell that we seemed a little less open to ordering anything further which we would have likely ordered dessert and more drinks.

I would have likely matched the bill (which was well over $100) for a tip but I was very disappointed in the demeanor in which we were treated. (I get it, everyone has bad days...)

Will likely not be back here for a while.

I am pretty disappointed because I love eating here , they have great food and a lot of the servers are super friendly. Tonight, I ordered green beans and upon eating some realized there is bacon in them. I do not eat pork for religious reasons and the menu does not mention bacon in the green beans. I asked the waitress if she could remove it from my bill and she said no because it’s a combo, but I’m sure a discount could have been arranged because I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known there was pork in them. She wasn’t very apologetic or understanding and I’m now upset I unintentionally went against my religious beliefs.

Usually we love this place and rarely have issue. Im so dissapointed this time because an almost $100 order was missing sauces for chicken and potato skins, sides (baked potato) and all 12 of the rolls that were purchased were burnt. It's dissapoing that the kitchen lead or manager would have allowed these to even leave the kitchen.
