The lady workers give terrible customer service. Act like you're bothering them at the drive thru. This is the worst Wendy's in this area and I don't think they even care.

I had an issue with a coupon and the manager was so accommodating. It’s so refreshing to see such great customer service! In addition, the biscuit sandwich was delicious!

You have to pay for sauce??? You don’t even get a free one with your fries? We are reaching psychotic levels of cheap. Sure .25 isn’t a lot, but for a little cup of sauce that should COME WITH THE FRIES??? Yall lost a customer just insanely greedy

Ordered burger with no bun, they got that right. Also ordered baked potato to sub for fries and got loaded fries. Food came out fast and was good, but it just wasn't what I ordered.

I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!
