Me being a retired 67yo male. Today 8/27/25 at 3pm I decided to order take out from Wendy's Cafe for my wife and I. I phoned in the order and Ashley stated it will be about 30min for the food to be ready. It was the specials of the day. I was coming from the Amish mill with a few boards and decided to get there early and get a sweet tea and read the paper while I wait for my order. My full-size truck had the tail gate down with the lumber extending. If you know the lay out of the Cafe' you would understand why I parked next to the building by the kitchen wall on a slight angle so vehicles could get around me without incident. I got to Wendy's early and walked in the door. I did not get a hello or smile, but Ashleys statement " your 15min early" and you can't park like that, or you will screw up parking, you need to move it" I never replied and just turned around walked back out to my truck, and moved my loaded truck and backed it in next to the main door sticking out into the parking lot where people will need to go around me, like Ashley told me. Only 3 other vehicles were in the parking lot at 3:15pm. And only 4 patrons sitting inside the Cafe at the tables. So, when I returned inside for the second time, I grabbed the paper sat down at a table and Ashley never asked if I wanted anything, so she lost another sale. As I read the paper I thought of cancelling my order. But it is not the cook's fault. I thought of not tipping, I gave a token. I never was so embarrassed by someone's actions in front of perfect strangers then I was today by Ashleys rude tone and statement to me. It was unacceptable. It will be a long time before myself of family patronize Wendy's Cafe.
We are regulars and I have bit my tongue long enough and will not tolerate this rude childish behavior.

Very disappointed, our waitress was mediocre at best and laughed as she served our food after waiting forever and then my meal was not very good, never offered drink refills even after a 45 minute wait for breakfast. Just not what I was expecting and won't go back.

I get to go very often. Good prices, large servings. I love their Friday fish. Wings are good also. And I love a lot of their specials. Stuffed peppers, Beef on wick, cabbage rolls.

We went to Wendy's for dinner last night.Got there shortly after 5 It was not busy.We ordered right away two sandwiches. While we were waiting 3 people came in and order got their food right away. At 6 my husband went to see where our food was..They were just starting our order. We decided not to wait any longer. Very disappointed.

Chicken wings are on sale-Mondays. Just a few suggestions. Very busy during this time. Call ahead and pre-order for a certain time. They have over 50 kinds of wing toppings. Wendy's Cafe is a top notch restaurant. Make plans to stop in. The menu is wonderful and delicious whatever you want. All homemade.
Wheelchair accessibility: And one in a handicapped situation the restaurant can accommodate your needs. Parking is no problem.
