My wife and I stopped in the other morning for breakfast. The waitress is rude. Our food was either cold or over cooked. The waitress is too busy on her phone or watching tv to take care of her customers. And make sure you bundle up before going in it’s freezing in there. We will not be back.

For one it’s freezing in there. All the electric heaters everywhere couldn’t do the trick. Our food came out raw pancake in the middle. Sausage links that were wrinkled up hockey sticks. The oh so friendly waitress that couldn’t even get up from her phone or the table she was sitting at and yells you good? Need anything? No words for this place we will not be back.

Left and will not return. Tell waitress to smile once in a while.

Me being a retired 67yo male. Today 8/27/25 at 3pm I decided to order take out from Wendy's Cafe for my wife and I. I phoned in the order and Ashley stated it will be about 30min for the food to be ready. It was the specials of the day. I was coming from the Amish mill with a few boards and decided to get there early and get a sweet tea and read the paper while I wait for my order. My full-size truck had the tail gate down with the lumber extending. If you know the lay out of the Cafe' you would understand why I parked next to the building by the kitchen wall on a slight angle so vehicles could get around me without incident. I got to Wendy's early and walked in the door. I did not get a hello or smile, but Ashleys statement " your 15min early" and you can't park like that, or you will screw up parking, you need to move it" I never replied and just turned around walked back out to my truck, and moved my loaded truck and backed it in next to the main door sticking out into the parking lot where people will need to go around me, like Ashley told me. Only 3 other vehicles were in the parking lot at 3:15pm. And only 4 patrons sitting inside the Cafe at the tables. So, when I returned inside for the second time, I grabbed the paper sat down at a table and Ashley never asked if I wanted anything, so she lost another sale. As I read the paper I thought of cancelling my order. But it is not the cook's fault. I thought of not tipping, I gave a token. I never was so embarrassed by someone's actions in front of perfect strangers then I was today by Ashleys rude tone and statement to me. It was unacceptable. It will be a long time before myself of family patronize Wendy's Cafe.
We are regulars and I have bit my tongue long enough and will not tolerate this rude childish behavior.

Well if want good home down cooked meal with good price this place to go.
Very disappointed, our waitress was mediocre at best and laughed as she served our food after waiting forever and then my meal was not very good, never offered drink refills even after a 45 minute wait for breakfast. Just not what I was expecting and won't go back.
