Couldn’t even fix a sub they made wrong. Stated their subs are expensive. Yeah I know I paid for it. Ridiculous the couldn’t even fix the problem !!!!!

Ordered a toasted steak egg and cheese on Italian herb cheese bread. Received it on flatbread, cold. Also an Italian herb cheese bread toasted supreme meats footlong and it too was cold along with the meats on top and toppings on the bottom.

Have ordered from three separate times. Two of which they've messed our food up. We've taken it back to get it fixed. Called to order tonight and they said they weren't going to serve us anymore.

Always very clean and the workers are friendly. My only complaint this trip was that some of the lettuce looked like it had gotten frozen, and the subs could have stood to be in the heater a little longer.
