Delicious food with fast and friendly service, even during a busy morning! I had the Cherry cheesecake french toast with bacon and he had Eggs Benedict with home fries. Both breakfasts were so good with the perfect serving size. The coffee is really good too! Can't wait to go back and try the sausage gravy, mmm.

Was very disappointed with The Factory restaurant. Not necessarily the food, but the SERVICE is awful. My daughter and I went there for breakfast. it wasn't full and we were ignored for over 15 minutes. The waitresses saw us, but kept refilling everyone's coffee and chatting with must have been the regulars. When they finally did wait on us the waitresses was very rude and in a hurry...wont be going there again. someone needs to have a talk with the waitresses!!!

We like to go to Saegertown for a day trip of fun along the creek. Finally decided to try the Factory Restaurant while there. It looks small from the outside - a big antique store is next door. But when you open that door you'll be surprised. Big space, tables are spaced widely apart from nearby rows. We liked what we got so much, my husband who doesn't like chicken at home, two both the grilled and the breaded version (with provolone and really good bacon) home with him. A week later, we brought a friend to try it out. Their potato salad was so good, we took some of that home too. It's yellow, but not mustardy, and not pickle-tasting, so we took some of that home too! I would love to get a breakfast, but won't get up that early to drive down there.

Such a gem to have in our little town. Food is always great, reasonable priced and large portions.
Good food had mac and cheese breakfast could have had more flavor. Added Louisiana hot sauce just what it needed!Parking: Plenty plus disabled spots.

Great service waitress was very nice we had a drink spill and she offered a new table and mopped it up wasn't upset about it just laughing at it also we didn't realize when they closed so we were the last people to leave they never pressed us to get out. The food is good. However unless you are a regular or with a regular customer or a saegertown resident......service sucks. Regulars and friends get served immediately. If you are not one you will be kind of ignored for a while and eventually will be waited on. Im not a local, but have gone with locals/regulars and service was great. I have gone in there with my hubby ( neither of us are regulars ) and we were ignored while staff waited on people that came in after us because they knew them. Food is decent but dont be suprised if service is slow if you are not acregular
