Love the people and food.

This place is where I take my mom often. Food and service has always been excellent. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because they bought ribs from a different place and they were terrible. Tough, stringy so much fat. Actually made both of us sick. I wouldn't recommend them. I hope they go back to original person because the ribs were always a reason to go here.

This was our first visit and we were looking for a quaint, quiet, local restaurant to support. This filled the expectation and more! Food was fantastic for a diner type restaurant and the price was better than expected. Our waitress was pleasant and made sure we were taken care of during the entire visit. You could feel the family friendly environment as soon as tou walk in the door. Quaint is truly the best way to put it, but quality is in no way lacking. If you are along the route of US Rt.30 near Chambersburg, PA and hungry, give it a go! You wont be disappointed!

we went today for the mother's day buffet. cold food, the plates were still dirty with food on them. it was absolutely a huge disappointment and we won't be going back . we did make the waitress aware that the food was cold and the heat needed turned up on the food and that there was a stack of plates we went through just to find clean ones to use to eat. was a very huge disappointment. won't be recommending to family and friends .

The service was amazing, my uncooked chicken is another story! The waitress was absolutely amazing and sweet, but yall need to find a new cook.

3 people with full meals for under $55 with tip. All the food ate because it was delicious. Real turkey and good flavors. Will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy a meal here. First time visit with family that raved about. We sat down and were greeted by a young lady who asked for our drink order. I proceeded to ask her about breakfast and instead of saying, 'I'm sorry I couldn't hear you' or 'May you please repeat that' it was 'I can't hear you'. Which I immediately was confused by the attitude, behind it, I responded much louder with the breakfast question. Come to find out they charge a dollar more for breakfast after 11 AM. I understand that, that's fine, the young lady was rude, did not express any apologies. She came back later with the breakfast menu for my son-in-law. My family ordered, I did not. I will not spend my hard-earned money at a place that does not have servers who are willing to put their attitudes aside for their guests. If you had a wonderful time there , that's wonderfu. I did not , I will not be returning for any reason.

roast beef was salty seemed old, dry and leftover, stuffing look like it was just thrown together and not cooked, mashed potatoes were instant and not tasty, mac and cheese was leftover and reheated with a slice of American cheese on top. Dinning are was cold, no heat. I will not return or recommend.

Was there for their Thanksgiving day buffet. It was wonderful and DELICIOUS. If anyone left hungry from that buffet, it's their own fault.

Ordered hot roast beef over stuffing with mashed potatoes, side macaroni & cheese.
Roast beef was overcooked, dry and salty, the stuffing was salty too, looked as though it was just mixed together without cooking. The gravy was brown and flavorless, mashed potatoes were instant. Marconi & cheese leftover with a slice of American cheese microwave on top. There wasn't any heat in dinning area, they were waiting on repair person so it was freezing inside. I will not return or recommend.

Went to Family Table after recommendations for the Thanksgiving holiday with my family of 12. We made reservations prior and were sat by our reservation time. Food was delicious, hot and tasty. There were constantly people checking the buffet and making sure no food or plates ran out. There was a good variety and was not too overcrowded. Drinks were refilled and dirty plates were constantly being removed. They worked together to give the best experience. Mac and cheese, fried shrimp and the roast with the beef gravy was a huge hit for me. The price was competitive and def worth the value for what we received.
