If I could give 0 star for common sense I would who puts on app if you don’t have everything readily available
I made an offer and get a call sorry we don’t have anything available that you want turkey or steak. Omg are serious why then would you put the app up for orders. Now I have no food they have $26 of my money and I have no way to get it back. Thank you for wasting my time and energy.
The quality of the food has declined over the past couple of years. The bread has been stale the past few purchases. I inquired about the freshly baked bread , but it was still stale. Also, during my last 2 visits, I had to request that the staff change gloves before
making my order after handling cash or the register. This should be standard practice. This location is conveniently located, but I will not purchase from this location again. The price of the sandwiches are too high not to have an enjoyable experience.
Ordered half of new spicy steak sandwich. I got regular bread no jalapeños, no nothing. And was charged over $6.79. I wanted what is advertised!!!!

If you order on the app, be prepared to NOT be treated as a customer.
I placed my order and went to go pick it up. I pulled in to see no one inside through the window.
At that time a customer walked in the store and I got out and then was the second person there.
1 worker behind the counter.
3 more customers walk in behind me so now there are 5 customers there.
A worker (girl) comes up from the back and apologizes to the other worker that she was standing out back talking with someone.
At that moment she says can I help you to me.
I said yes I placed an online order, at which point she looks at the ticket laying there and says oh, that isn’t going to be done for awhile.
She then asked me if I can get out of line so that she can help the other customers!!!
So I figured well, I might be here all day so I’ll go outside and sit in my car and watch the app tracking so I can see how long it will take.
After watching every person in the line come out I checked the app and it still said not ready, I waited several more minutes and checked app and it still said building
At this point I was like I will just go in and tell them to cancel order, but I walk in and she says it’s on the shelf behind you.
So I grabbed it and went back to the car and checked the app that still says building!!!!
I’m not sure why people that use the app do not count as actual customers, but next time, I’m not using the app, I’ll just bring coupons and tie up the line and they will have to make my order in line rather than make me wait until ALL the regular customers are taken care of.
