Best little pizza shop around! They had a shop in oil city for years that my wife grew up on and this one (the original) survived and does not disappoint. Owners are great, friendly, and serve to please. If you go be sure to have cash or check cuz they don't accept cards...
Had Tobey's for the first time last night, everything was great! Got a pepperoni mushroom pizza and a meat lovers for the family. They only take cash, which is great for the local economy!
Driven past Tobey's countless times, finally decided to stop and try it. Overall the pizza was good. I got a Station Square size pizza with pepperoni and a small cheese pizza. Both pizzas came with a generous portion of cheese, no need to order extra cheese. The crust was nothing special, but still good. The only real critique I would make was the sauce had a slight spaghetti-o flavor. But, from what I can tell Tobey's has been around for awhile so maybe the sauce flavor...
