New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. I know she’s something out from another location which is awesome. Look forward to seeing her again great employee/manager!

I love Arby's but NOT THIS LOCATION! They public post that you can only use one coupon PER VISIT! Absolutely ridiculous! This is the only Arby's location that I have been to that does this. What a shame! It also took almost 8 minutes to get a beef n cheddar and mozzarella sticks and I was the only one in the lobby. Will not be coming to this location again.

Me &3 of my coworkers went for lunch . We all had coupons. The man told us he can't accept the coupons because it's 1 coupon per car. I said we are all separate. And he said he saw us walk in together. Total crap!!! Will never return to this Arby's.. We went to Taco bell instead. Saved money with out coupons and way more food.. Ps Taco Bell also has an adequate amount of meat. 😉 Ps had to give 1 star to post but if I could have given -10 stars I would have .

I recently stopped here with my boyfriend to grab a small meal. I haven’t been to this Arby’s in a couple years, but the management is great as the place is very clean! The only problem is the employees, as the one girl kept being weird to my boyfriend when ordering. He also said she looked high and kept slurring her words.

Place isn’t bad at all, looks clean. Good management, but to be honest the workers are horrible. They’re just mean and clearly not sober. I spent almost 40 dollars to feed my family and we were all disappointed. One person working was just completely blasted out of her mind, i can’t even believe how they can work like that.

Just left from this Arby's and I gotta say the employees were rude. They forgot my chicken wrap and their dinning room is closed which I get, my husband went and knocked on the door, so we didn't have to wait in the take out line for another 20 minutes, they waved their hands at him and then he held up his receipt and someone came to the door they gave me my wrap. We get home and find out they gave us the wrong sandwich as well. Instead of the $8 Reuben they gave us a $3 beef and Cheddar that is just beef it doesn't even have Cheddar. Pretty annoyed right now and won't ever come back again. Wasted an entire $25 gift card here. And now that I have started eating my chicken wrap and they also gave me the wrong chicken wrap 😬 we normally don't come to this Arby's and only went cause the power was out at ours and we needed food.

Absolutely disgusting. Curly fries were little pieces that were rock hard and cold, and the tomato was green on my sandwich. Threw them both out. $14 down the tubes. I'll NEVER go back.

I had came through the drive through a couple days ago. it was around 6pm, and i wanted a simple roast beef classic and a beef and cheddar. there was nobody infront of me, it took about a minute for anybody to answer and when i finally got up to the window i sat there again waiting for atleast another five. The tall slim guy at the window (didnt have a name tag on) was super unprofessional and quite frankly im unsure if he even worked there. Do not recommend. ive had this encounter with this same man quite a few times.
