What a joke. The employees are immature and rude. When we placed an order in drive thru the employee completely mocked me when I asked to hold on while we deciding to add to our order. It was noticed by the manager as he made the employee give us an insincere apology. When asked to talk to the manager he claimed that employee had a dark humor to him.

One of the most miserable human interactions I've had in a very long time. No matter how often we said "thank you" for something, or just tried to be pleasant, the person working drive thru was extremely unfriendly. I truly believe you have to try very hard to be THAT grumpy. Sometimes sheer reflex from a decent upbringing causes you to respond with "you're welcome" after someone says "thank you". Not for this employee!!! I'm pretty sure it takes a conscious effort to ignore someone when they pull up to your window and say "hello" and then tell you "thank you! Have a goodnight!" when they are driving away.And to top it off, I think she was a manager (blue shirt).Where is the standard, Burger King?I wish I had spoken up when we were there, but I'm not very confrontational. Managers are so mean to workers! I am a customer and so sometimes go in and order at the register, we'll every time i'm waiting in line to order I hear and see the managers being so rude to their workers! So terrible!
