7:20 this evening tried to enter the store door is locked workers are inside So I figure the drive thru is open Look to the drive thru area no lights lit anywhere. The menu display is dark. You looked closed to me but you say open till 9 pm. Apparently you don’t need the business I will be sure to avoid you from now on

I called to see about ordering a blizzard cake for my grandfathers birthday. I asked I could order a cake for tomorrow which I was told no, but I understand that since some of the cakes are made in store. However, I asked a woman named Mary on the phone if she could tell me if there was an Oreo Blizzard cake in the display freezer. She told me she didn’t know what was out there. I asked her if she could check to see and she told me that she couldn’t check and that I would have to stop in. I then called two other Dairy Queen’s in the area and they were able to tell me if there was an Oreo Blizzard cake in the display freezer. This displays pure laziness of the employee on the phone. This isn’t my first encounter with bad customer service at this location so it seems as if something needs to be done at this point.

Nice Dairy Queen, however feel staff not competent. Asked for and ordered sauce & tossed tenders, got regular tenders with a side of bbq instead but still charged more.

We will never be back we said before we wouldn't go but after today NEVER AGAIN. We went through the drive through of course they didn't have supplies for blizzards again. We order a meal and a small blizzard we were the only ones in line waited for ever finally get food start to pull away and noticed no blizzard. Went right back and told them we didn't get the blizzard they said since we didn't have a receipt they couldn't give us one we weren't even asked if we wanted a receipt. This place sucks I would have given no stars if able to

The teens who work the drive thru are excellent. Always very friendly and fast. (Food is okay, it's DQ, not gourmet ice-cream, but good for what it is). Customer service is great.
I don't like to give five to anybody but this is an exceptional dairy Queen. They're not perfect you'll understand you get what you pay for I think a little bit more

I went there at seven o’clock pm, so it wasn’t like we were there late. The workers were being rude and made it feel like whenever we asked for another item we were doing something wrong. Also we paid for a Royal Rocky Road blizzard and a order of fries and we didn’t get either of those things when we opened the bag.Very disappointed in this event!
