Nice Dairy Queen, however feel staff not competent. Asked for and ordered sauce & tossed tenders, got regular tenders with a side of bbq instead but still charged more.

We will never be back we said before we wouldn't go but after today NEVER AGAIN. We went through the drive through of course they didn't have supplies for blizzards again. We order a meal and a small blizzard we were the only ones in line waited for ever finally get food start to pull away and noticed no blizzard. Went right back and told them we didn't get the blizzard they said since we didn't have a receipt they couldn't give us one we weren't even asked if we wanted a receipt. This place sucks I would have given no stars if able to

The teens who work the drive thru are excellent. Always very friendly and fast. (Food is okay, it's DQ, not gourmet ice-cream, but good for what it is). Customer service is great.

I went there at seven o’clock pm, so it wasn’t like we were there late. The workers were being rude and made it feel like whenever we asked for another item we were doing something wrong. Also we paid for a Royal Rocky Road blizzard and a order of fries and we didn’t get either of those things when we opened the bag.Very disappointed in this event!
A favorite stop for the kids for a treat or if we need an ice cream cake for a birthday. Staff is always friendly.

Poor service. Skimps on products. These employees need a tutorial on how products should look. I ordered a peanut buster parfait- no fudge or nuts on the top. Not the first time I felt cheated. Other times barely any fudge or nuts throughout. Give the customers what they pay for!!! Don't think I'll be going back to this location, but will travel to get my monies worth.

i tried to order a log cake. I was told i couldn't because "the baker wasn't in" I was told to just stop in they always have tons of the log cakes. they had 3 -- none appropriate for a birthday. One was light brown with palm trees ( looked like a turd) one had an ice cream cone on top and the last was Red / White and Blue Not sure how long that cake was there since the 4th of july was more than a week past.
