love the convenient location, very sad the quality of produce, especially any pre-bagged items seem to always have unusable items inside ( rotted potatoes, brused - browed apples, onions with brown spots, yellowed celery) best to pay higher prices and choose individual fruits and veggies. best to look at expiration dates of deli pkg items.noticable lack of variety in many aisles no larger sizes available in items like salsa, frozen veggies, family sized entrees. very limited selection in cleaning products like oxiclean. very limited men's toilet prodcts, after shave , shaving cream, shaving blade replacements, etc. bulk or larger sized of paper products.older hamberger covered by fresh ground in sealed packages. very limited choices of prime steaks of higher quality.nice pharmacy. limited deli. no service or hot to go food service and very limited prepared food at food court. lines can form quickly, but only about 3-4 people waiting with carts in limited cashier opened lanes. convenient location. limited staff but if you can find one in an aisle they are friendly and quick to send you to another person to help that is not stocking shelves. do have a good delivery service, but ask for no substitutes. cashiers are usually great checking and also doing the bagging most days. sometimes might have assistance.

I purchased 2 packs of hamburger on Saturday, with a sell use by date of today 9-27-2021. Yesterday, Sunday, both packs were completely brown and had to be thrown out. That was approximately $30.00 of money/ meat wasted. This has happened before with hambuger purchased from giant eagle. So dissatisfied and disappointing.

Love this bakery! My daughter loves opossums for some reason, so we needed a cake decorated with a picture of an opossum. Mike created the perfect cake for her❤️❤️

The manager needs to be fired. Bad customer service. Stay away from this place. The manager bullies disabled elderly people with health problems for lifting their “Covid” masks up to breath and kicks them from the store. Put this place out of business.

The manager is an aggressive, intimidating BULLY that harasses obviously handicapped individuals. I cannot convey my disgust at anywhere that would employ such a horrifically rude person. The manager clearly needs FIRED as this is not the only instance they have harassed patrons!

Just to inform everyone that the manager of sarver giant eagle doesn't seem to care about the medical condition called asthma. He insisted that I pulled the mask over my nose. I informed him of my condition with which he didn't care so I informed him that I would leave and due to him, wouldn't return. I have never been treated like this from any store. Especially since by law I'm not even required to wear one due to the medical condition. By federal law they aren't even allowed to ask about it. They are just plain rude!

I was there last night 3/13. The place was jammed with the check out line all the way back to the milk. The staff couldn't have been more helpful! Also, they were atill stocked with most products that other stores have run out of. I truely appreciate having a small local store to get all of my shopping needs.

I don’t recommend this giant eagle. I had went to the pharmacy and the lady at the window was very very rude and was obviously not trained properly she rejected my insurance card after I had called my insurance company to see if it was ok to use the card I had, they said yes. She still rejected it and made me pay for my prescription when normally if a properly trained pharmacy worker would have know to take my card and my prescription would have been covered. I then called giant eagle spoke to a manager and they said there was nothing they could do that it’s under corporate, she wasn’t properly trained obviously, so I’m expecting a call from the manager in a day or two. What happened to customer is always right? Even my insurance confirmed she should have taken that card.

A few weeks ago, my husband was going to be released on Thanksgiving Day. The hospital called in his pain medication the day before so he could have it when he got home. I went to pick it up a few hours later and was told that it wouldn’t be available until Tuesday!!!! His anti inflammatory and blood thinner wouldn’t be available until Saturday!!!! I was told that if a doctor calls in a prescription, you have to call and tell Giant Eagle that you will wait for it!!!??? Seriou

Customer service is always great, and the store is always clean. If there's a line, they are very quick to open another register to get you flowing through checkout.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I will stop shopping at GE and I will never get another prescription filled there again. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from this GE. My prescription was called in at 9:30am, its now 12:05pm and they have not even started to fill my prescription. CVS in Natrona Heights is so much better and more efficient. GE needs new managenent, very poor.

It's the main store in a plaza with a few little stores. The parking lot is really big so no problem parking and the store is always clean. It has a hot deli.cold deli and bakery they have lots of daily special on deli items plus you can get store coupons in the local newspaper. I always find the prices for groceries a little high but the fresh Italian bread is excellent and they have a big candy selection.
