The Raystown Marina was amazing. A PSA they do not serve alcohol, it wasnt a deal breaker but was a little surprising. I however honestly had one of the best burgers I've ever had and everyone loved their food. The menu had a lot of delicious sounding food i wanted to eat all of it. The prices are reasonable for the location and the serving sizes were decent. We stopped here while visiting to check out the resort for my wedding venue and we will definitely be back to eat next year when we return. My only complaint is the service between getting seated and served was quite slow for there not being many people there but it could have been a short handed day. They even had a menu for our dog which was adorable.

I usually leave great reviews so I will start with saying the campsite was a 10. The reason for the 1 star is the internet! *you are only allowed ONE device on resort internet (what family has just one device) then pay $14.95 a week per device *I used my iPad as the one device and it wouldn't connect most of time and I was constantly reconnecting to Login site (campground nearly empty) *called 24/7 support they didn't have a clue what to do In todays world of WiFi it's unacceptable to have these issues and restrictions for campsites when traveling.

Absolutely a delightful hearty meal. Such creativity in every dish. Unexpected in such a rural area. Had the unbelievable meatloaf sandwich between 2 grilled cheeses. Needless to say it fed us for 2 days! The gourmet burgers were the bomb too! Service was very friendly and the deck was lovely. Love the pet menu!

The staff I dealt with were incompetent at best. Although they were very nice. The cabin was filled with bugs because there were large gaps at door an around air conditioner. I paid for linens and they were not provided. I had to remind them and they then had the linens dumped in a couple plastic bags on the porch of the cabin. The boat slip I rented had a floating dock that would sink when you stepped on it. Also had a loose cleat for tying off to. I had booked for a Sun through Thur stay. Wed morning i was greeted by security that told us we should not be there. He stated that we checked out the day before and the remaining two days were reimbursed to my card. He then instructed me to go to the office to get it worked out. We went there and had to wait a long time till a man who claimed to be one of the owners came out and acted like he had no idea why we were there. I told them of the incompetency of the staff and that somehow, someone canceled our stay without our knowledge. And i told him his place was a clusterF*@k. I assume he was too young to deal with the naughty word and told me he did not want me on the property and that we would give a full refund. That was fine by me at that point. They had already stressed me out of an enjoyment of my vacation. It could have also been his staff may have been family and he got upset about me calling them incompetent. He did reimburse the cabin rental but did not reimburse the linens or the boat slip. Raystown lake is beautiful and our time on the lake was great! Just be forewarned about Raystown Lake Resort. Even the security guard said things were getting bad. I assume someone else was running it properly in the past.

Amazing lake for fishing and boating . We stayed in one of the new tiny homes and the house was very modern and really big ( see photos). It's average priced about 200 a night . There is many stores on-site for camping supplies ,groceries , and all of your needs . Small beach for young swimmers and a nice water park . There is also jet ski and kayak and paddle boat rentals. Great place great fun definitely recommend for a nice mountain getaway week or weekend.

Below average. Stayed in a cabin. If the advertisement reads two double beds, along with the bunks, for a capacity of 8, don't believe it. A bed consists of a mattress. These are not mattresses. They are plastic covered thick hard foam that does not give and is noisy. Not a good night's sleep one of the three nights. We checked out a day early...no refund. There is also not one single chair with a back to it. The dining table and benches are attached to the floor with no backs. The only comfort was a good warm shower. There is not a living room. Tv is on top of the refrigerator. I did not expect to spend time in the cabin but the boats were very expensive and town was far to do things. I've been in a dozen cabins over the years. I would not choose this again. They need to show more photos. The ads are deceiving. I think the groundskeeper said many of the rooms are this way... except the lodge or maybe villas. Ask a lot of questions if booking. We thought we had but still deceived.

Took a ride on the Proud Mary. It was fun. Then came back for a delicious meal.

We rented the boat here all three times when we stayed at the lake raystown resort. You can either rent it for full day(9 to 5) or half day(12 to 5). The boat comes with the Tube that you can use it. You will have to pay the rental fees before and fuel based on usage when you return the boat. If you don't have boating license, then you are required to watch a 20min video and the sign up process will take another 10min. Plan accordingly.

This is not a restaurant but a camping ground. The most amazing place we found to camp with young kids. Serene, peaceful, clean and so accessible. We plan to visit each year.

Fantastic views, food and service!! Amazing place to stop for a meal after spending time on the lake!I love cooking and I love good food. When I go out to eat, I hope to get something that’s the same, if not better, than what I can make at home. Both meals we had at the marina during our weekend stay were fantastic and cooked to our liking!!!I had the deck burger + chips and the beet salad with steak; my husband had wings + fries and tacos. Everything was done just right and our service was lovely. The fresh brewed iced tea that they serve is delicious. We brought beer with us, others brought wine - so BYOB which is also nice!!The value for what you pay and quality of the food is more than reasonable.Dietary restrictions: Accommodating for allergies and plenty of creative options available for vegetarians and vegans!

We sat outside and had a beautiful view. There were lots of yellow jackets that came around to visit, though. The waiter was nice. The food was delicious, but pricey (understandably, you're on the water). They don't serve alcohol, but they do serve the best poutine I have ever had!

We got lucky tonight with a very pleasant server. He was personable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the appetizer called short ribs with fries and gravy. Fish dinner was also delicious.
