I used to stop at Dunkin every chance I got... but since they stopped making toasted coconut donuts I don't stop except to get a cup of tea.

I asked for a NOT-TOASTED sandwich and what do I get back? A burnt sandwich. Iām just saying when Iām having a bad day then my food is bad it just makes things worse.

Closed because the hours were wrong. They close at 7pm and I submitted revised hours.
I normally love this dunkin and the staff. I'm there at least twice a week lol. But today I ordered my regular avocado toast and when I got home I found bits of bacon in the bottom of the box and the top of the avocado scraped off like they'd put bacon on it and then decided to scrape it off instead of making a new piece. I'm a vegetarian so this is problematic to me. Again, I love this dunkin location but I think that this is something they need to correct and that other vegetarians should be aware of.

Donāt know how incompetent you have to be to look at a mobile order that says āplain bagel. Not toastedā and toast it anyways, but that seems to happen every single time I order at this location. Do the employees not know how to read? Is that not a basic skill needed to work in the industry? Apparently not anymore! To add to this, every single time I place my mobile order, typically 5-10 minutes in advance, I always seem to have to wait inside the store for upwards of an additional 5-10 minutes for these incompetent people who canāt read to finally focus on the orders placed already versus the drive through or register orders. Typically, on the go, means picking up ON THE GO. Not waiting around for lazy people to finally realize they never started your order.
