Been there twice dark coffee very bitter couldn't drink it and empinata's are still cold not going back anytime soon

Worst customer service ever. The cashier just looked at me, didn't say a word, just stared at me. As I'm waiting for her to get my donut order, she completely keeps ignoring me and helps someone else. Then looks at me again, and ignores me & helps someone else. It was completely intentional. Even the customers she was helping were confused on why she wasn't helping me. Called the owner & he could care less. This Dunkin has never been very good & this was the last straw for me & my staff. We go in there all time, and the service has never been great. Also in warmer weather there are flies all over the inside of the donut case

I ordered a coffee on the app at 7:40pm tonight (2/12/24) obviously thinking the store was open until 8:00pm like Google and the Dunkin app says... Pulled up to a dark store, locked doors, and this sign on the drive-thru window. I'm so done with this establishment.

Never have an issue but today marks the will never return. I ordered a large caramel latte not cheap I'm handed a decaf coffee I obviously don't realize until I'm on the road again(went thru drive thru) lost a loyal and frequent customer

Food is never burnt, great customer service, and the iced coffee wasn't filled to the top with ice. Best dunkin around here.

Everytime I come to this location, the food is always hot and tasty. I have had issues with other Dunkin's being inconsistent but haven't had that problem yet. Workers are kind as well!
They suck cause they closed 15 minutes they were supposed to close

The employees Xander and Skylar are great great helpers they coached me through my fortnite battle royale game and gave me the best customer experience! Love this dunkin!!

Well 7 o'clock and it says they're open till 8pm but the lobby doors already locked and can't go inside in the winter time great
