We've been 4 times so far and every time the Mexican food was consistently pretty darn good. I'm a big fan of their burritos. We went once for the Italian and I ordered some Italian dish not just a pizza or something typical and I wasn't nearly as satisfied as I had been with their Mexican fair.
Customer service has been good but the one young man who sometimes waiters could honestly be a tad more reliable/competent.

Did not know the location was a combination Italian restaurant and Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit dated and lacking. Food was enjoyable, the refried beans though seemed like they were more of a puree/sauce.

The food, the service everything was delicious and prompt. Prices for excellent. My only issue what's the amount of black mold on a ceiling.. We could not enjoy my meal and we left as quickly as possible once we realize..
BLACK MOLD in our food. No refund was given because they said all they could do was a gift cert or remake food. Please be safe everyone do not come here. Lady mentioned they make tamales for the week. If you are unaware tamales are steamed cooked and when stored in a plastic bag with water from the tamales over a week will create mold if not properly sealed. Tamales should be fresh unless properly stored in a freezer which they showed us and were not stored in a freezer they were in a fridge sitting there. Also once mold is visible the whole batch is now moldy but unseen with the naked eye. They did not throw away the tamales after they confirmed tamal did have mold. They said it was only the one they gave us but as mentioned the whole batch is now moldy so I would just be aware of this fact. You may be eating moldy tamales and not know.

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. My wife is Mexican so she knows when a tamal doesn’t taste right . They gave us moldy food went back for a refund and told us that we could not get a refund because all they could do was a certificate or remake the food.. they did not want to refund the whole amount, only just the plate that had mold. I told them to smell the tamal and the cook said that only half of the tamal smelled moldy and not the rest of it. I would not recommend this place because if food is not good they will not refund your money nor did they care at all that it had BLACK MOLD.. someone can get sick and end up in a hospital from food poisoning but they don’t want to refund $50. They also did agree that it was mold so they themselves acknowledged it as well. They said owner was out of town but that he is rude and would just tell us to leave if we asked for a refund. Do not eat here. We ended up taking the gift certificate and told them to have the owner call us when he is in town to give us. Refund but it looks like all they will say is no or just give us $15 and not the whole amount. We did not end up eating the rest of the food due to this black mold. The few bites we ate were good and then we got mold and stopped eating it immediately. This is so serious. And we gave some to our baby. God forbid something happens to our child. I posted the picture in the photos.
