We happened to see his place on the route 73 in Skippack around 5 pm on Friday. Most of meats were sold out. We got half rack of baby back rib and 2sides. The bark on the rib was perfect. We fell for amazing tender juicy meat with post oak smoke flavor, not masked by seasonings. The best rib so far! We will try to get more ribs and brisket soon. Thank you!

I love the pulled chicken flavorful and moist and the brisket is jaw dropping!! The service was amazing very friendly and the Smoker king is just great. i loved how eveything was outside feels and is real bbq would 100000% get some before they sell out

I stopped by to try out the brisket and ribs because I’ve heard so much about it, all of the workers were great and super nice, they were very fast with preparing the food. The boss is lovely to talk too while you wait for your food. The pulled pork and brisket were phenomenal, the baked beans had such good flavor to it. Highly recommend this place for some good texas style barbecue. Will definitely come again.

Every place needs a decent bbq joint, and Parsons is pretty good. Local no frills bbq tent in the heart of Skippack PA. I wasn't crazy about their baby back ribs, I've had better baby backs before.. here they stuck to the bone too much for my liking. However, the sides were really good.. mac and cheese, baked beans, and cole slaw, all five stars. Next time, I'll try the brisket or pulled pork. Ribs here just didn't cut it.
If you’re looking for authentic barbecue this is your spot. Parson’s just does it right. My boyfriend and I have been getting barbecue from here for a while now and it hits every time. We always try to try something new when we order and we’re never disappointed. It just keeps getting better. Our go to’s are the ribs, pulled pork, and brisket burger. If you haven’t tried their brisket burger yet I highly recommend. Also, always pair your orders with their homemade sauces they’re also to die for.

We came on a pop up shower and ate in the car. The atmosphere is killer. Smoke joint on the side of the road. Food was all OK. Granted, I came around 2 pm toward the end of service. We got pulled pork, ribs, cheddar sausage, beef sausage, beans, coleslaw, pickles, and mac and cheese. $40. So the prices are totally fair.The “hot” bbq sauce was really good. Not hot at all so i wouldn’t advertise it as such, but it’s a really good bbq sauce. They should bottle and sell that.

At first I thought there is no way there’s a whole rack of ribs in a single box. There was plenty of ribs that were smoked perfectly. My son and I were very full. The candied bacon is insane. Mac n cheese was one of the best I had. We can’t wait to go back and try the other items. Make sure you get bottle of sauce! Staff couldn’t have been friendlier.
